Created and edit wellness manual to incorporate progression of weekly nutrition education including pre and post test to track outcomes. 10/05 to 1/08 Nutritionist - Consultant Early Childhood Intervention (ECI); Houston, Texas Assess, plan, implement, educate and document care on high risk newborns and children up to 3 years of age with emphasis in nutrition and manage breastfeeding moms of high-risk infants and children. 12/04 to 8/07 Bariatric Dietitian Texas Children's Hospital; Houston, Texas Responsible for program development of Adolescent Bariatric Surgery with Trish Walters-Salas, Nurse Case Manager and the only dietitian to follow patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Lead the Bariatric support group at the Houston Recreation Center monthly and educate adults and children on weight management.
