Work Incentive Planning and
Assistance (WIPA) Appointments

Are you receiving SSDI and/ or SSI? Would you like to work or are you
currently working but are worried about losing essential benefits?
Work Incentive Planning and Assistance (WIPA) is available to you!
The WIPA Program is a FREE service that helps Social Security beneficiaries who are
receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and or Supplemental Security
Insurance (SSI) to make informed choices. This program is for individuals that are
considering work, seeking work, self-employed, or currently employed.
Center for Independence of Individuals with Disabilities, in cooperation with the Social
Security Administration provides WIPA services to Social Security beneficiaries who
reside in the counties of San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Francisco.
Individualized appointments with a WIPA Counselor
