JP Morgan Mid Cap Value Fund – Class A
With the close of trading on Friday June 26, 2009, your JP Morgan Diversified Mid Cap Value
Fund (Class A) held in your account under the City of Santa Monica Deferred Compensation
Plan were transferred into the JP Morgan Mid Cap Value Fund (Class A). In addition, if
applicable, your ongoing investment election contributions were also directed to this fund. This
transfer was conducted as a result of Nationwide Retirement Solutions being notified of an
approved fund merger by the JP Morgan Fund House.
Below is the ticker symbol for the JP Morgan Mid Cap Value Fund (Class A).
