generatingrevenuebydevelopingmarketpotentialthroughforecasting,leadgeneration,
qualification,closingsales,recommendingofproduct,andmarketactivityreporting.
JobDuties/Responsibility:
• Servesasaknowledgeableresearchpartnerandprovidesexpertisetoperspectiveandexisting
customers.
• Establishandmaintaincurrentclientandpotentialclientrelationships.
• CoordinateandcommunicateeffectivelywithCustomerServiceDepartment.
• Compiles list of perspective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from
newspaper,businessdirectories,industryads,tradeshows,Internetwebsite,andothersources.
• Travelthroughoutterritorytocallonregularandperspectivecustomerstosolicitsorders,ortalks
withcustomerinpersonorbyphone.
• Displayordemonstrateproduct,usingsamplesorcatalogs,andemphasizesaleablefeatures.
• EntersnewcustomerdataandothersalesdataforcurrentcustomerintoCRMdatabase.
• Prepareactionplansandschedulestoidentifyspecificstargets.
• Identifyandresolveclientconcerns.
• Participateinmarketingeventssuchasseminarsandtradeshows.
