The principal of CECA, Tony Repa, has been working in Poland for 18
years.
He has significant earlier experience as senior EU advisor to the Ministry
of Privatisation, and country manager, director and advisor to some of
the most important global financial institutions in Poland - Chase
Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), HSBC, Svenska
Handelsbanken and DEPFA Bank, as well as two major US insurers –
MetLife and Nationwide.
