AT CHATSWORTH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (ORCHARD CAMPUS)
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a unique blend of dance, art and sport. It combines elements of ballet,
modern dance, basic acrobatic skills with the manipulation of five hand apparatus (rope, hoop, clubs,
ball and ribbon). Reputed as an elegant and graceful sport, these traits will eventually shine in your
child if she signs up for our rhythmic gymnastic classes.
In our recreational classes, we provide all the 5 apparatus for our students to have a hands on during
the training classes. Our programme is specially tailored to ensure that our students enjoy the
training and find their niche and affinity with their apparatus.
Day / Time : Monday 3.45pm – 4.45pm

: $210 for 7 sessions (all apparatus as required in our lessons will be provided)

Terms and Conditions





The total cost is to be paid in full upon registration. Payment shall be made either by cash or a
crossed cheque payable to ‘iSports Kids’ in Singapore dollars.
Fees paid are nonrefundable and transferable
iSports Kids reserves the right to make any changes to the course content and other related
information without prior notice.
iSports Kids will not be liable to make up any classes cancelled by the school outside the
school compound unless otherwise stipulated by the school
iSports Kids reserves the right to use images or video recordings of the student for publicity
and promotional purposes.
Indemnity
In consideration of iSports Kids agreeing to allow the above mentioned student to participate in the
sport conducted by iSports Kids, I, as the parent / legal guardian, HEREBY COVENANT AND AGREE
WITH iSports Kids as follows:
1. I will abide by all Terms and Conditions.
2. I fully understand and acknowledge that participation in the sport is potentially dangerous and
in choosing to participate, I acknowledge that I voluntarily ACCEPT all risks of damage, loss
or injury to me and / or my property howsoever caused consequent upon or arising from my
participation in the sport.
3. I HEREBY AGREE that I will forever RELEASE AND DISCHARGE iSports Kids and its
related companies from all responsibility, liability or damages whatsoever for any injuries or
damage to me, my property and / or any loss of any other kind whatsoever and howsoever
caused, arising from my participation in the sport. I agree not to sue, make any claim or
otherwise take any action against iSports Kids and its related companies for any injuries or
damage to me, my property and / or any loss of any other kind whatsoever and howsoever
caused, relating to my participation in the sport. I agree that this release may be pleaded to
any such claim.
4. In the event that any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then the
remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect, and so far as possible, the said clause
shall be deemed modified to the minimum degree possible so as to comply with applicable
law and be valid and enforceable.
5.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
