REFFERA Pitch deck Reffera is a date driven employee referral platform Problem India is home to 1.2Billion population and has one of the largest numbers of employees in the world but few number of employers It can be a headache for the HR department to see all the resumes and should identify the employees based only the resumes There is a significant probability not to see the best candidate The money spend on HR and hiring procedures are already huge and the time was taken and the procedures for hiring is a lot No incentives are offered to the employees, which makes them more committed and innovative The startups don’t necessarily have the money to do conventional hiring process; Referring helps them to acquire better talents with less money In Startup places like Israel and USA,a large percentage of hiring is done through referral, that kind of practice is not done in India Solution India has the 2nd largest number of mobile and internet users; it has the large number of internet users added per month, Internet provides the greatest pool of smart people and can be used to find out the potential employees Incentives given to the employees makes them more enthusiastic and more committed to the company, making them earn more money, more efficient and more productive The hiring process will become easy as more and more people are participating in the hiring process The amount of money spend on conventional recruitment can be efficiently redistributed to the employees to hire the best person for the job, making the hiring process more efficient The Startups can grow faster with the new hires they hire The employees get more attached to the company and their knowledge about the company increases Why now?
