Transform the current website of the Agency for Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services
under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan into a State Single Public Procurement Portal of
the Republic of Tajikistan

Organize interaction with line ministries and agencies, local executive authorities

Ensure timely development and submission of Annual Procurement Plans on the basis of forecasts
of procuring entity’s expenditures

Provide special staff training to procurement specialists from government organizations and
