Pre-Sales Activities
Exposure in preparation of Project Plan, Resource Allocation, Business Continuity Plan,
Experience in Operations and Maintenance at least 1 E-Governance Projects.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic Technical knowledge on Software Web Applications, Client Server & SOA Architecture
Proficiency in MS Office
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing activities and managing ambiguities
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Supporting project teams in project research
Must be able to communicate in Telugu
Good ability to understand the procurement process & Civil Engineering back ground is preferred

Knowledge in Payment Gateway Implementation
Knowledge on PKI, Digital Certificates and Form Signer Applications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Software Test Engineer:
Responsible for testing and evaluating the software applications and systems that make computers function.
Job Responsibilities:



















Design and executive test plans and test cases on computer applications.
Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation;
e.g., data-driven testing
Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various Software
applications i.e., perform automated dynamic testing.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and
Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test
environments used.
Record and document results and compare to expected results.
Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
Maintain database of software defects.
Examine code and execution of code in various environments.
Verify specific action or function of code.
Operate and maintain test networks.
Provide application instructions for users.
Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical
specifications.
Create meaningful error handling procedures for application code.
Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and those
standards set forth by upstream sources.
Perform application security audits.
Implement application designs; create queries, scripts, web pages and other deliverables.
Ensure data integrity standards.
Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.

DBA-ORACLE & MY SQL:
Job Description :

Good understanding of the Oracle database, related utilities and tools
A good understanding of the underlying operating system
A good knowledge of the physical database design
Atleast should work on two migration & two implementation projects
Ability to perform both Oracle and operating system performance tuning and monitoring
Knowledge of ALL Oracle backup and recovery scenarios
A good experience of Oracle security management
A good expertise of how Oracle acquires and manages resources



A good knowledge Oracle data integrity
Sound knowledge of the implemented application systems
Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various
stages of the development life cycle
 A sound knowledge of both database and system performance tuning
 A DBA should have sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors and
systems administrators
 Provide a strategic database direction for the organisation
 A DBA should have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
 Experience in Structured programming, preferably Oracle PL/SQL
 Sound experience on backup & recovery concepts

 VERY STRONG IN ORACLE 10G,11G DBA ACTIVITIES
 VERY STRONG IN TUNING THE DATABASE, ANALYZING THE QUERIES FOR FASTER RESPONSE TIME ETC.
 VERY STRONG IN UNIX, AND WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE UNIX PROCESSES RELATED TO ORACLE, UNIX
FILES SYSTEM TUNING ETC.
 SHOULD HAVE HANDLED THE ENVIRONMENTS LIKE DATAGAURD, RAC AND STREAMS
 VERY STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE DATA MODEL (TABLES, INDEXES ETC.). ANALYZE WHAT INDEXES
ARE WRONG OR RIGHT ON THE TABLE. ANALYZE THE QUERY PLANS ETC.
 Installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrading of all SQL Server Instances
 Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the SQL Servers / databases across multiple
environment/applications
 Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking
issues, replication issues, log issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
 Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)
 Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high
resilience and performance tuning.
 Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
 Plan growth and changes (capacity planning)
 Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 supports when required
 Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades.
 Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales.
 Responsible for planning and implementation of application backend migration activity
 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
 Capable of multi-tasking

Team Lead – Java:
5-7 years of overall software development experience in Advanced Java/J2EE technologies. The person should be
able work as an individual contributor with little or no guidance.

1-2 years of Project Management including Migration and Maintenance
Should have experience in managing team and should have hands on coding.
Programming with Java and advanced technologies like struts and hibernate
Good knowledge and experience using Web servers and application servers
Strong knowledge in Oracle Database – Programming, Administration and PL/Sql.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting skills.
Working experience with Apache Tomcat, Web Logic
Well versed with Jersey framework and JAX-RS.
Design concepts, design patterns
Conceptual understanding of JPA, JNDI and JDBC for database connectivity with Oracle
Experience with WADL and/or REST based web services
