for real time data integration.
Gives a nonstop availability and access to the real
time data.
Translational data between operational and
analytical systems.
OGG will filter, route, verify and deliver transactional
data in real-time across Oracle and heterogeneous
environments.
History

GoldenGate Software
Inc founded in 1995 in
San Francisco.
Founders: Eric Fish,
Todd Davidson.
Originally designed
for the fault tolerant
Tandem computers.
Oracle acquired GG
in September 2009.
