I, the undersigned, declare that soil samples have been taken and analysed in accordance with SI 610
2010 on all lands farmed by me in 2012, except for land which is exempt under paragraph 8.4 of the
AEOS 2 Scheme Terms and Conditions and Circular 1 of 2012. If the exempt lands are rough grazing
or mountain land which is not Commonage I have completed Part B of this form also. No declaration
is needed for exempt Commonage land.

PART B: DECLARATION THAT NON-COMMONAGE ROUGH GRAZING OR MOUNTAIN LAND IS
EXEMPT FROM SOIL SAMPLING REQUIREMENTS.
I, the undersigned, declare that no organic or chemical fertilisers will be applied to the land parcels
of my holding listed in the table below for the duration of my AEOS 2 contract and, in accordance
with paragraph 8.4 of the AEOS 2 Sscheme Terms and Conditions and Circular 1 of 2012, these lands
are exempt from the soil sampling requirements of the AEOS 2 scheme. I accept that the lands
declared in the table below will be assumed to be at phosphorous index 4 for cross compliance
purposes.
