
For Internal [Dell] users, these products are available in System Center.
For External users, please consult with your local I/T department.
Agile users are recommended to upgrade to Java version 7-8 to fully utilize
new Agile v9.3.3 functionalities
– If users must keep Java 6 for any reasons, please be aware that some
functionalities in Agile v9.3.3 will not work correctly (ex. PPM Gantt chart,
Java Client, etc.)
Agile users are highly recommended to use Internet Explorer version 8 – 11
when working with the new Agile v9.3.3
Refrain from accessing Agile v9.3.3 using Chrome or Firefox browsers
for AIC. Some Dell Agile utilities / functionalities will not work correctly on
those browsers. Many are known incompatibilities in current production (ex.
AIC Attachment utility, DnD Pre-req Co-req Utility, etc.), but some are new
issues discovered during testing (ie. BOM Explosion Report, etc).

only supported browser and versions for the AIC_AgileAttachmentUtility tool.
Users who use Mozilla or Firefox for AIC_AgileAttachmentUtility will receive an
error.

 The first time the user accesses Agile 9.3 via Firefox, s/he will receive
a dialog box warning her/him that a security certificate is not in
place. The user will be asked whether s/he is “OK to accept the Agile
URL as a trusted site”. If s/he chooses Yes, s/he will be granted
access to the Agile site and the site will be added to a list of accepted
sites. The user will NOT see this dialog box again.
1) This only occurs for users accessing with Firefox browser.
