We have received several complaints, but our rules stipulate all complaints must
be signed by a notary public.
 Owner
or operator of a CAFO facility
within a NSA must follow any ANRC
requirement in addition to CAFO permit.
 Must still register operation with ANRC/
Conservation District.
Voluntary. If, for any reason, you feel that this
program is not what you want, you don’t have to
participate. We are presenting a proposal that
landowners can take or leave. We are trying to
provide enough incentives that landowners want
to participate.
