In this unit you have calculated your BMI, researched nutrient
information, examined energy intake and energy expenditure and
analysed the food pyramid.
Task
Record what you eat over 48 hours and identify the strengths
and weaknesses in relation to your BMI, your energy output and
the nutritional needs of a teenager. Outline and explain at least
2 changes that you would make to your diet to improve its long
