Introduction to ProCure21+ Course Course Overview This course provides a comprehensive overview of the ProCure21+ (P21+) framework, procurement method and scheme management. It is a mandatory requirement for all clients and PSCP staff to attend this course before commencement on a scheme. Attendees will get an overview of the principles, roles, responsibilities, processes and tools to be applied in the delivery of a P21+ scheme. It outlines key requirements on all parties, gives an overview of contractual and commercial mechanisms.
