efficiently. That's why we built My EnergyXpert. My EnergyXpert is a simple online energy scan
that is revolutionizing the building energy efficiency market by allowing anyone to complete a
building energy scan online in around 15 minutes without costly professional assistance. After
completing the scan, customers are able to take action immediately by purchasing relevant energy
conservation and management products and fulfillment services for their homes and businesses
via our e-commerce platform.

The Role
The Manager, Ecommerce Drop Shipping and Fulfillment is accountable for ensuring that all
products and fulfillment services on the My EnergyXpert e-commerce platform meet or exceed
customer service expectations. This role will ensure that the best of breed products in energy
management and conservation are available on the platform by identifying and negotiating
contracts with various distributors and drop shipping partners. This role will verify that all
logistics and customer service processes are established and tested during the distributor and
fulfillment partner onboarding process and continuously ensure that the most innovative and
cutting edge products are available on our platform.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify, measure and evaluate the products churn on our e-commerce platform.
• Manage the processes and tools to onboard distributors and drop shipping partners onto the ecommerce platform.
• Research, identify and negotiate contracts with fulfillment partners focusing on lighting,
building envelope and HVAC retrofits throughout North America.
• Manage the e-commerce returns and the customer service process. Be the first line of customer
service for our channel partners and their end customers. Mediate and resolve escalated
disputes from customers.
• Explore and recommend opportunities to improve our fulfillment model, reduce costs, and
generate revenues.
Required Skills
• Practical, Technical and professional Knowledge /skills with respect to energy conservation
and retrofits.
• Solid Contract Negotiation experience.
• 5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising and/or e-Commerce Operations with a focus on
supply chain management and customer service.
• An understanding of e-Commerce logistics and reverse logistics strategies is required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills and comfort working with technology teams is
a must.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
