o The Player Skin Image is meant as a Background Theme, not a messaging vehicle. Due to the adaptability
of the site there is no safe zone for messaging – please design your Skin Image with this in mind.

▪ Successful skins aim to apply brand ambiance and ownership, not direct calls to action or
product explanation.
o The MSN Player Skin is a single 1600x900 JPEG image that will be centered behind the player through 2, 3,
and 4 column adaptive player widths.

faded visibility of the skin image:

The Left and Right Adaptive mar gins are fully visible according to the width of the viewing user’s browser
viewport.
