NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADVERTISE
CONSTRUCTION MANANGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES
BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM OF GEORGIA’S
FY-2017 CAPITAL PROJECTS
The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission issues this Notice of Intent to Advertise as a
means of providing public notice in advance of posting Request for Qualifications for Construction
Manager at Risk services for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia’s FY2017 Capital
Projects listed below. While interested firms may respond to any or all of the solicitations as they are
posted, award of contracts associated with this cohort of projects will likely be limited to no more than
one project on the list being awarded to any given firm.
A Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process will be utilized to select firms to provide CM at Risk
services for theses projects. Due to the staggered availability of funding, the CM/GC scope of services
will initially be limited to preconstruction only. To enable interested parties to anticipate the timing of the
advertisement of these opportunities and to target their responses to those projects that appear to align
well with firm’s capabilities and project experience, a brief project description, Stated Construction Cost
Limitation (SCL), and anticipated advertisement date for each project is provided below.
This Notice of Intent to Advertise is issued or informational purposes only and should not be construed as
an advertisement for services. The Request for Qualifications solicitations will be advertised on the
Georgia Procurement Registry essentially as indicated below. Interested parties are encouraged to plan
responses accordingly.
