Capstone Project:
The idea of a capstone project is still in development. The student would work closely with a personal mentor/coach on a project of special interest,
preferably in relation to the student’s academic discipline. As a culminating exercise, the student would demonstrate leadership competence, leadership
self-efficacy, depth of self-awareness and a thorough integration of her/his theoretical and experiential learning.
