ASPID is a data archive containing results of observations conducted by the Laboratory of Spectroscopy and Photometry of Extragalactic Objects (LSPEO SAO RAS) on the 6-m telescope since 1990. The data were obtained with integral field spectrograph (MPFS), multi object spectrograph (MOFS), long-slit spectrograph (UAGS), Fabry-Perot interferometer (till 2000), and SCORPIO universal spectrograph (since 2000). Signal to noise ratio is shown near each spectrum. The data were obtained in the frame of the proposal “Diffuse elliptical galaxies in the Virgo cluster” (PI: P. Prugniel) in May, 2004. ASPID is a project developed and maintained in the LSPEO. The first release was done in 1997. At present, the content of the archive represents about 30% of the total amount of the observations obtained with the 6-m telescope in the last 14 years. All the data obtained by the means of 3D spectroscopy with the 6-m telescope is included. Credits The WEB based part of ASPID is powered by PLEINPOT software package [2] and is supported by MIGALE project [3]. These data have a great scientific value for the astronomical community. Presently, ASPID provides the largest collection of integral field spectroscopic data in the world. Spatial indexing capabilities provided by pgSphere [4] extension for PostgreSQL are used to ensure high-performance search in celestial coordinates. Data cubes for more than 200 nearby galaxies and AGNs were obtained with the MPFS field spectrograph in the frames of several tens of observing programs, including long-term projects on the studies of the nearby AGNs and starburst galaxies and early-type galaxies as well. For obtaining the field spectroscopy for faint extended objects it is possible to use different gratings providing low spectral resolution of R=300..700 in a wavelength range between 3000 Å and 1 m. For detailed studies of the kinematics and stellar populations of nearby galaxies the 1200 gr/mm gratings may be used, with R=1500..2500. The example of MPFS data for the IC3653, the diffuse elliptical galaxy in Virgo, is shown in Fig.1 (talk by P. Prugniel, this conference) Beside MPFS data, there are about 100 Fabry-Perot (IFP) data cubes obtained in the H and [OIII] emission lines. They allow detailed study of the gas kinematics of spiral and irregular galaxies, or active galaxies in a wide field of view of 5'x5'. The example of the results obtained using the IFP data (program entitled "Kinematics of Seyfert galaxies", PI: S.Ciroi) is shown in Fig.2. The WEB-interface prototype developed for the database of MASTER project [5] is used. Extensible multi-language support is based on the technologies developed for the Russian Astronomical Network project [6]. Figure 2. An example of the IFP data.
