Handling and Storage
• Always keep granules dry and intact before application.
• Always wear protective gloves.
• Store bags and product in cool and shady areas away from humidity,
high temperatures, fungicides, and strong magnetic and electrical fields.

and is reasonably fit for the purpose stated on this label when used in
accordance with directions under normal conditions of use. No one, other

NutriSmart® contains patented strains of yeast that utilize nutrients already
present in the soil and atmosphere. These patented strains solubilize
phosphate, unlock potassium in the soil into exchangelable forms and fix
nitrogen from the atmosphere, providing readily available sources of NPK for
plants.
NutriSmart® is designed to improve soil structure and nutrient use efficiency.
Application Instructions
Turf and Ornamentals:
1. For use as an Aerification Amendment: On golf course greens, tees and
fairways, commercial & residential lawns and sports turf:
• Aerify surface to be treated.
• Broadcast 5 to 10 lbs of NutriSmart B per 1,000 ft2.
• Drag NutriSmart B into holes.
• Top dress as normal.
Note: Apply NutriSmart B at each aerification.
2. For use with conventional and organic fertilizers:
• Replace 20 - 30% of soil applied granular NPK with an equal amount by
weight of NutriSmart B.
• Apply as normal and follow same application method and schedule as
normal fertility program.
Agricultural and Other Applications:
1. For use with conventional and high quality organic granular fertilizers:
• Replace 20 - 25% of soil applied granular NPK with an equal amount by
weight of NutriSmart B.
• Apply as normal and follow same application method and schedule as
normal fertility program.
2. For use with manures:
• Replace 25 - 50% of manure with the following recommended rates:
* Slow growing or low nutrient demand crops (rice, etc.): 200 to 350
lb. per acre
* Fast growing or high nutrient demand crops (fruits, vegetables,
trees, etc.): 400 to 900 lb. per acre.
• Apply as normal and follow same application method and schedule as
normal fertility program.
Application Recommendations:
• Irrigate within 24 hours of the application.
• For best results, broadcast NutriSmart B and, if possible, incorporate
into the soil at a depth of 2 to 5 inches (within 24 hours if
broadcasted).
• Apply within 10 days of seeding or planting.
• Do NOT apply pesticides within 3 days before and after NutriSmart B
is applied.
