New York Portfolio TENANT NEWSLETTER — FALL 2012 Washington Medical Arts II - Albany, NY Healthcare Trust of America’s Holiday Giving Program Partnering with our tenants to support the local community during the holiday season! During the 2011 holiday season, Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (“HTA”) donated over $5,500 to local charities across the country to support our tenants and the organizations that are important to them. At the request of our tenants, some of the organizations we supported in 2011 were the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association & Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Kidney Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Make-A-Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, Special Olympics, St. Jude Children’s Research, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, United Way, Wounded Warriors Project, local food banks and several other local charities and organizations. This year HTA is partnering with our wonderful tenants again to help support the local community in New York! We have set aside $5,000 just for New York to help make a difference! We would like your suggestions on the local charities or organizations you would like us to support this holiday season and we will match your donation up to $100.
