NIGERIA ENGINEERING INNOVATION PRIZE (NEIP) 2015 CATEGORY: INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) PROJECT TITLE The ultimate solution to public communication in Nigeria NEXT ABSTRACT Noises have unavoidably, over the years, been contaminants of sound/effective communication. In a bid to project sound out of noise, inventors & scientist have developed various communication systems, which though increased the range of human voice, but also have invariably/rather added more noise to our ecosystem. If we continue this way, as population increases geometrically, our noises would invariably increase astronomically, what fate does this prepare for our dear future? Nonetheless, here is a good news that the era of noise is soon over.
