Position: Bullseye Studio Salesperson

Reports to: Sales Manager and Project Manager

Essential Qualifications:
College degree
Two years sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional attire and demeanor
Experience with direct marketing of goods and services
Comfortable making cold calls
Comfortable meeting directly with clients
Flexible scheduling and willingness to travel to meet clients
Comfortable with public speaking and pitching to groups
Computer competency including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce (or similar CRM platform)
Strong math aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Well-organized
Able to solve problems
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Positive and open attitude
Valid ODL, Access to a reliable vehicle, Passport
Helpful Skills
Capacity to read and comprehend shop drawings and architectural plans
Strong sense for design
Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
Essential Functions
Conduct target market and competitor research
Generate and manage leads
Manage client relationships
Execute direct marketing campaigns
Respond to incoming calls, emails and other communications from leads and clients
Process orders, from placement to invoice
Intake details for custom fabrication requests and work
Produce estimates and quotes in coordination with Project Manager
Communicate with Project Manager about production pipelines
Maintain records of client contacts, sales, invoicing status, etc.

Follow up with clients and leads during all phases of the project.
Forecast future sales
Working with supervisor, establish and then meet sales goals
Other Functions
Report on trends in the requests and feedback from leads and clients as part of the design
process for new products.
Maintain presence on social media platforms and track analytics
Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports with Project Manager
