DECLARATION OF GMO STATUS
We at Lane Farms are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality
seed. Our seed is grown under strict standards and certified through the Oregon Seed
Certification process. None of the product we grow or ship to our customers has been
genetically modified.
GMO means, “Genetically Modified Organism”. Any plant or animal whose genome has
been artificially manipulated or engineered through the introduction of non–host, genetic
material is classified as a genetically modified organism.
I, Rob Lane, as agent/owner of Lane Farms Inc., La Grande, Oregon, do hereby certify
that to the best of my knowledge, the variety RUSSET NORKOTAH SELECTION #3
grown by Lane Farms Inc. are Non-GMO variety.
