Diagnostic Radiology
Residency Program
Radiology, both Diagnostic and
Interventional, is a keystone of medical
practice. Imaging routinely complements
clinical evaluation and plays a part in the
establishment of a working clinical diagnosis.
From the Program Director
I have learnt that the choice of specialty for your Residency training
truly determines the rest of your life. It is an important decision that all
of us at SingHealth Radiology Residency would like to help you with.
As a Radiologist, I know that I am on to a good thing when other
specialties show more than just keen interest in my discipline.
Radiology, both Diagnostic and Interventional, is a keystone of medical
practice. Imaging routinely complements clinical evaluation and
plays a part in the establishment of a working clinical diagnosis. It
allows us to monitor treatment and often documents the success or
failure of management. Interventional Radiology has further replaced
conventional medical and surgical therapy as the new standard of care.
The SingHealth Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program draws on
our rich legacy in medical education, as well as the extensive clinical
resources of Singapore’s largest public healthcare cluster. We provide
much-needed support to major institutions and a diverse case-mix for
