Course Syllabus SPAN201 - Second-Year Spanish COURSE DESCRIPTION Intensive oral and written exercises designed to help the student acquire an accurate and fluent use of Spanish. Selections from representative authors are studied. Credit Course Total Credits - 4 Lecture - 4 COURSE TEXT AND REFERENCES To be decided. COURSE FOCUS Students advance via active use of the language. EVALUATION INFORMATION Quizzes: 10% Homework:10% Exam 1: 20% Exam 2: 20% Oral participation and performance 20% Final Exams, oral and written: 20% 50 minute absence: -5% Absences may be made up with written work.
