Name: __________________________________ Spelling Tic-Tac-Toe (A) Halloween Theme Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night you will choose one activity for spelling homework for a total of three activities each week. The three activities that you choose must be in a row. The row may be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. Spelling homework is to be turned in on Thursday attached to this sheet. Spiral Words Story Writing Word Search Write your words around the outside of a paper. Keep going until you get to the middle. Write a story using 10 words that are most tricky for you. There must be at least six words in a sentence. Use correct punctuation, capitalization, and spelling. Underline the spelling word. Remember to vary the beginning of your sentences. Create your own word search either on the internet or on paper. Triangle Words Toe Writing Write each of your words 3 times to make a triangle. Use your best handwriting. Lay on your back with your feet in the air. Use your toe to write your spelling words in the air while saying the letters out loud. Halloween Picture Draw a Halloween picture and incorporate 10 of your spelling words inside the picture. Remember to neatly color your picture and make sure the words are clearly visible.
