POST COURSE EVALUATION MECHANISMS FOR IN HOUSE TRAINING
 Participants will be given an end of course project to determine their understanding of the course
 Development of course/training evaluation forms to assess the quality of course and the competence
of the trainer. The results will be reviewed and evaluated jointly by the Company and INNOVARE
 Participants would have 48 hours access to the facilitator after the training programme for questions
 Facilitators would visit participants at their place of work three (3) months after the training to
ascertain IF participants have been able to translate what they have learnt during the course on to the
job and also find out the problems they might be facing so as to help them with solutions.(At a cost)
 Supervisors of participants would be served with questionnaires to enquire about the versatility and
ability of the participants to transfer knowledge acquired during the training onto the job. (At a cost)

 The workshop content can be tailored to the specific needs of the company

 There will be some clear cost savings depending on the number of participants involved
 Course fees are negotiable dependent on numbers of participants involved.

CK is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Sophos
Technical Partner, Cequrux Firewall Administrator, and Data Recovery Partner.
He brings over twenty (20) years experience in IT consultancy specializing in new and emerging technologies for
governmental institutions and private sector companies. He is the President of the world renowned association of
Information System professionals dedicated to the audit, control, and security of information systems, Information
Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Accra Chapter.
Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer Innovare Ghana ltd - Principal Consultant, Trainer – Information Security
and IT audit and an adjunct lecturer in Information Security at GIMPA.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), Member of the Ghana Institute of

as Principal Consultant of Scala (West Africa) Limited in Accra.

A transformational IT leader and management professional with over 13 years commercial experience, and a

GAFFAR RAHMAN
Gaffar is an accomplished Certified Cisco Network professional and trainer with over eight (8) years of training
experience supported by strong technical support background in network design system security and
administration, troubleshooting of enterprise servers, client operating system and application software, strong
help desk Support background and end-user training.
Has been training CISCO courses since August 2000 and holds Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CCNP
Route And CCNP Switch, Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA), Cisco Certified Sales specialist. He is savvy in

Krishnan is a recognized expert in the IT industry focusing on security, forensics and training. He has been involved

from Staffordshire University, UK.

He is an Italian – Swedish, and he is a seasoned lecturer in Information Technology with over twenty years practical
experience.
He works primarily with LINUX and is an authority in REDHAT, FEDORA, UBUNTU. He also has command in
Operating Systems like, FreeBSD, SUN SOLARIS etc. Lorenzo has been part of lots of major projects in Ghana and
outside the country - he has played as a lead consultant for linux – based projects for Vodafone, GCB, GIMPA,
GCNET, Ghana Revenue Authority and Audit Service etc.
He has taught, produced and mentored lots of Linux professionals in the system.

Matt is a founding partner of Capitoline LLP. Originally an electronic and electrical design engineer, Matt has over 30 years experi
ence in the IT industry. Working from the very start of the networking industry Matt has consistently worked in leading edge IT
roles educating clients in new technologies and their implementation.
Matt was previously CEO and owner of IT infrastructure provider Trescray Ltd. for 18 years. During this time he was Involved in
the design and oversight of ICT implementation in a broad range of projects from major co- location data centres to network
infrastructures for stadia and corporations. Matt is credited to having developed the first data centre design and management
course.
Matt is actively involved in auditing physical data centre infrastructures including power cooling, communications and locations
and layouts etc. and is also involved in assessing and improving data center.

With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry Barry has worked for BICC, Ferranti, Civil Aviation Authority, Brand-Rex,
Novar plc and Honeywell. Barry was one of the founders of the Capitoline consultancy group
Barry is one of the few engineers in Europe to be qualified as a chartered electrical engineer (IET) and chartered building
services engineer (CIBSE). Barry specialises in IT infrastructure and has developed Europe’s first qualification in the subject.
He is also a past chairman of the cabling trade organisation, BICSI. Barry is the first CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant to apply this
qualification the computer room environment and also one of the first TUI (UpTime Institute) Accredited Tier designers in
Europe.
