Complete sleep cycles is best for brain development and sleep cycle is 60 minutes duration up to 52 weeks pma. IN KC: SLEEP CYCLES Improve, arousals decrease, sleep behaviors and physiology are organized so that NO INDETERMINANT SLEEP is seen, and QUIET SLEEP is much longer than active sleep (Ludington-Hoe SM, et al.
