Tai Beauchamp Lessons learnt: Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships start with authenticity, engaging ethically and with honesty and ensuring there is a mutual benefit to the partnership. This attitude works both in family and business relationships. Finding a cause that you’re passionate about makes giving easy and fulfilling. Sometimes a cause finds you, be open to that too. Be persistent Find a balance between the conviction of what you know, the value you bring and learning from the people you want to help. Making a difference starts with small initiatives. Educating one child changes the outcomes of generations and has the potential to inspire communities.
