HSP 3M: Introduction to Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology
Introductory iMovie Presentation Project

Project Objectives:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of the social forces that influence and shape
behaviour as described by anthropologists, psychologists, and sociologists
2. Highlight key theories and major theorists who have influenced each
discipline
3. Address key questions that scientists in each discipline strive to address
Instructions:
1. You will work with the group that you were assigned to when completing
your annotation assignment.
2. As a group, create a google doc and invite Ms. Uhre to access your doc.
3. Go through your annotations and include the most IMPORTANT
information under the following headings:
a) Fields of Study: include features and goals of each
b) Major Theorists: brief bios of major theorists from your annotations
c) Topics: 3 topics that are of interest to the discipline.
4. After Ms. Uhre has checked your completed document, you must design a
brief 2-4 minute imovie presentation of your information.
5. Presentations must include the following: **Use imovie to create**
a) info from your google doc
b) photos
c) 1 short video clip
d) music
e) voiceover
f) highlight issues that the discipline focuses on
**You will receive an INDIVIDUAL grade for the project. Keep track of your
work on the attached checklist and submit it on the day your project is
due**

Fri. Sept. 16: Work period. Googledoc must be complete by the end of class.
Tues. Sept. 20: Work period: imovie must be complete by the end of class.
