workload as soon as decision is made • Hire the Online MSW Coordinator earlier in the process • Delay the start date – – – – Until more of the courses were finished with production New EPAS standards announced Until all course objectives were finalized New Director in place • Would not conduct much of the 10-step process over the summer • Facilitate an interdepartmental meeting early on in the
