IN MAKING INFORMED DECISIONS ON HIGHER EDUCATION
Austin, Texas (October 21, 2015) – Schoold and DECA, Inc. announce a strategic partnership to
empower DECA’s 225,0000 student members to make better decisions about higher education by
using the Schoold app.
Many students feel disengaged and overwhelmed in their search for the college and career path best
suited for them. Resources and information are not readily accessible to the average student, kept
locked away by expensive private counselors or hidden within large research databases. Schoold
seeks to alleviate this problem through its free mobile app, which aggregates the universe of college
and career data and creates individualized content for users derived from proprietary
algorithms. Ultimately, Schoold helps students find and finance higher education programs matched
to their strengths and passions.
Together, Schoold and DECA envision a new generation of students with access to customized college
and career data streamlined into a single mobile tool. The Schoold app will afford DECA members
the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of revolutionary technology designed to optimize
college matching, career planning and financing solutions.

addition, Ryann Marotta, Senior Vice President of Schoold, will be joining DECA’s National Advisory
Board, working to enhance communication channels with members.
