Raceisn’tbiological,butracismisstillreal.Raceisapowerfulsocialideathatgivespeople differentaccesstoopportunitiesandresources.Thegovernmentandsocialinstitutionsof theUnitedStateshavecreatedadvantagesthatdisproportionatelychannelwealth,power andresourcestowhitepeople. 10.
