Setting Up Your Business
The following items are basic steps to follow to get your Xerveo business started right.
Get familiar with your business center: Login at www.xerveo.com/dc
There are several very important sections:

Place An Order

1. Go to your Xerveo website
2. Click Join Now
3. Fill out New Member Application
4. Complete form for personal information
5. Input Shipping, Billing and Contact Information
6. Select User name and Password
7. Select the package – Basic, Sampler, Power Play or VIP
8. Choose your Xerveo Website
9. Agree to terms and submit application
10. Input payment information
11. Click continue to verification
12. Verify all of your information

2. Communications
a. Xerveo Community – Join our community page to get connected with other
Distributor’s from all across the world.
b. Testimonial Page –Visit and join the Xerveo Testimonial page on Facebook. You will be able to hear

to get daily updates.

How to Get Started Fast
This section is the most important information you will need to get your business off to a fast start. The
Xerveo Success Training should be presented to you by your mentor so you can learn the basics of the
business. If you don’t have a mentor to review it with you, don’t let that stop you. You have everything you
need to launch your business.
Business Tools Needed
1. Select the correct package and stay on Autoship- Upgrading to the next level and maintaining a
monthly autoship. It’s the way to set the example to your downline and show your commitment to
the company.
2. Prospect book – This should be a hard or soft-back notebook with lined paper in it so you can write
down all of the new prospects you will meet.
3.
Week at a Glance paper calendar – I know you may use an electronic calendar, that is great but for
this business you should have a paper calendar.
4. 3 Ring Binder with January to December dividers – this will be used for your Weekly Success Reports.
You should print enough copies of the Weekly Success Report to finish out the remainder of the year.
This form will keep you on track so you can measure your success and keep you focused on doing the
correct activities.
Step 1
Define your dream and get a burning desire to achieve them
a. Make a list of everything you would be, do or have if money wasn’t an object, big things
and small things.
b. Put them in order from smallest to biggest.
c. Get pictures of the things that you want, preferably with you in the pictures.
d. Make a dream book or a dream board.
e. Go touch the things that you want at least once per week.
Do this step right away! Most people overlook this step like it is not important. This is the single most
important step to your success in your business. It doesn’t matter your skill level, how much success
you’ve had in previous businesses or who you know. You must have a big dream that you believe in
and this step can give you the burn you need to explode your business. (See backside for Dream List)
Step 2
Make some commitments - Set a 90 day goal
Making some commitments are crucial to creating momentum and learning the business.
Just like any business, it will be difficult if not almost impossible to have success if you don’t
make some commitments to building your business. The following are some commitments
that we recommend that you should have. You know your goals and your lifestyle so you
just need to let your mentor know what you are willing to commit to.

How to use the Get It Done Today form and Weekly Success Report.
Get It Done Today form:
Step 1 – Print several forms to be used throughout the month
Step 2 – Day 1, Add the date and day at the top of the form
Step 3 – Add your daily MARKETING MEETINGS for the day. These are the things that you will do
TODAY to generate new business; Telephone calls, Networking meeting, pass out flyers, etc…
Step 4 – Make sure you put the time that you will complete each marketing item and put it in your
appointment book.
Step 5 – Add your daily TO DO items for the day. These are the things that you need to get done
throughout the day. For example, go to the dry cleaners, pick up the kids, go to the doctors, etc…
Step 6 – Add your daily call backs; these are the 8 most important people that you need to
call back today.
If you use this form every day, you will be focused on exactly what you need to do to market your
business. This form will keep you from confusing activity with accomplishment.
Weekly Success Report
Step 1 – Create a Weekly Success Binder for the entire year
Step 2 – Put your weekly goals next to each section at the beginning of the week
Step 3 – Begin your week and start using the Telephone Calls section to track your daily activity.
/ Means that you made a call and no one answered or they were not in. / Means that
you scheduled and appointment with the person you called. X Means that the person
on the phone said that they were not interested.
Step 4 – Use the daily boxes to mark your daily results so you can track your success
throughout the week.
Step 5 – Total the results daily and at the end of the week then celebrate your results
These two forms can help you explode your business if you train yourself to use them consistently.
If you treat your business like a business, it will pay you like a business. These tools will
help you be accountable to the most important person…. Yourself!

Get A Prospect
You need to know the for levels of learning.
a. Unconscious, Incompetent – You don’t know what you don’t know.
b. Conscious, Incompetent – You know what you don’t know.
c. Conscious, Competent – You know what to do but you have to think about it.
d. Unconscious, Competent – You know what to do and you don’t have to think about it,
it’s done automatically.
Two Examples: Driving a Stick shift, tying a Shoe Lace
4 Core Beliefs
Develop the correct Beliefs, Convictions and Intention about Xerveo

b. They need the products – Everyone can benefit or knows someone who can benefit from
our products.
c. We are doing them a favor – They are not doing you a favor by coming to the briefing, we are doing them a
favor by inviting them to the briefing.
d. It’s their loss if they say “NO” – There are plenty of people who want to be a Xerveo Distributor. You need people
but NOT ANY ONE person.

Get A Prospect
Make a written down prospect list
1. Buy a notebook specifically for your business prospects
2. Get out your personal phone book or cell phone and write out starting from A to Z, everyone in your book. Don’t
prejudge whether you think they might or might not be interested.
3. Get every business card or business contact list you have and put them together in a binder.
4. Sort your prospects based on 4 criteria:
a. Red Apples – Positive, motivated, great attitude, successful, someone who is looking for an opportunities.
Spend 85% to 90% of your time with these people.
b. Green Apples – Positive, somewhat motivated, asks lots of questions, skeptical but curious, looking for an
opportunity. Spend between 10% to 15% of your time with these people.
c. Brown Apples – Bad attitudes, negative, no or low ambition, job mentality. You don’t want to spend any time
with these people.
d. Rotten Apples –Real Bad Apples, tries to pull you down, thinks you are dumb for joining
and wants you to quit. Don’t spend any time with these people, Run Spot Run!
5. Audio Business Card – Basic
The basic Audio Business Card can help you attract people that have a true interest in what we do. If you practice
and become excellent at using them, you can explode your business.
The Formula:
I + Action Verb + Target Market + Benefits, so they can + Benefits
Sample Action Verbs:
Teach, Train, Empower, Show, Help, Lead, Motivate, Build, etc…
Sample Basic Audio Business Cards:
Sample 1
– I teach people how they could earn from $10k to $20k per month part time and build a home based business that
produces residual income, so they can quit their job and fire their boss.
Sample 2
– I show business owners how to create an additional stream of income and earn and extra $10k to 20k per month,
so they can run their current business stress free.
Sample 3
– I teach single parents how to work from home and generate enough money so they can
spend more quality time with their children and stress free.
You should create 10 to 20 of your own basic Audio Business Cards so you can be
prepared whenever you meet someone who you would like to invite to a briefing.
Elevator Speeches & One Liners
The following techniques are door openers to help you meet people who have an interest in our business.
Practice, drill and rehearse them and you will have an unlimited supply of new prospects.
The 3 Foot Rule – Talk to the people all around you about your business with Xerveo. Let everyone know
that you are a Xerveo Distributor and they can be one as well.
Who you are looking for:
A real prospect is someone who is an opportunist…
A suspect is someone who wants you to convince them…
Door Openers
1. Have you ever considered owning your own home based business?
2. Do you keep your options open when it comes to multiple streams of income?
3. If money wasn’t an object, what would you do?
4. How serious are you in achieving financial security this year?
5. Are you open to an opportunity that could change your life?
6. Are you open to additional ways of earning money?
7. We are looking for people who really want to become a business owner have you ever
considered it?
8. We have private call with the CEO of Xerveo Andrew Rinehart Monday Night at 7:30 pm. It
is by invitation only and it is not open to the public. If you would like to listen in, I can get you
the private number so you can listen in and hear what is coming and the opportunity we
have. Would you like to listen?
9. Have you ever considered network marketing as an investment strategy?
Prospects Question to You: What do you do for a living?
1. We develop entrepreneurs, have you ever thought of owning your own business working from the
comfort of your home?
2. We develop 6 and 7 figure income earners, do you know anyone would like to earn a 6 to 7 figure
income from home?
3. Our company helps people change the quality of their life.
By using the above one-liners, you can create an unlimited amount of new
prospect for your business. Practice, drill and rehearse them until you
become a master prospector.

Step 4
Inviting and contacting your list
After you have used the Audio Business Card to attract the prospect, now it’s time to invite them
to see the presentation
These are the steps to use when inviting your prospects to see a briefing:
1. Have you ever considered owning your own home based business? Or you can use one of
the elevator speeches and one liners: (See back for details)
2. Use your Audio Business Card – You can started off by saying:
The reason I’m asking is, I’m a home business owner and I teach people… (Use your
Audio Business Card)
3. Be quiet and wait for their response. Most of the time they will ask you: How do you do that?
4. You can then say:
We have a system in place. That shows people how to create an additional stream of income from home. We have private call
with the CEO of Xerveo Andrew Rinehart It is by invitation only and it is not open to the public. If you would like to listen in, I
can get you the private number so you can listen in and hear what is coming and the opportunity we have. Would you like to
listen?
5. Your prospect may say: What night is it? - You tell them: Monday night at 7 pm.
6. If they say yes they are available, you can then ask them: Would you like to listen in?
7. If they say yes, you give them the address and directions to the location or the call
information. You don’t give the address and location until they say they want to attend
because they are by invitation only. This keeps you in control of the conversation and
establishes posture.
Key Points
1. Stress the fact that it is by invitation only, and it is not open to the public. Everyone wants to
go to something that they can’t. It lets them know that you are important and if they want to
go they have to go with you.
2. Pick them up or call them on 3 way. Invite 10 people but pick 2 up or call 2 on 3 way. You can count on at least
2 people being there or listening in.
3. Do not beg them. If they are being negative or asking you a bunch of questions,
don’t try to convince them to come. Go find someone who wants to come.

The Follow Up Script
The fortune is in the follow up - Memorize the follow up script.
Follow up script – What to say after a briefing?
Turn to your guest and say:
Distributor -
“So what did you like best about what you what you saw?”
Guest - I really liked the product Motion, Income Opportunity, Compensation Plan , ect…
The person is then going to tell you what they like best (e.g. Motion, Income Opportunity, Compensation Plan).
After they tell you what they like best you say
Distributor - “Well I guess we’ve got to get you on Xerveo Motion to start losing weight.” Or “Great well I guess
we’ve got to get you started referring some people to the business.”
Whatever they say you want to reiterate that back to them. Your immediate next statement is:
Distributor -
“So do you see yourself as a 1, 2, or 3?”
Guest - I think I’m a 2, I have a few questions or I’m a number 1
They are going to say 1 or 2. If they say 1 or 2
Distributor -
“Great, let me grab my calendar so we can set up a time to get together to get your questions answered.”
Then open up a paper week at a glance calendar turn it towards them and say:
Distributor -
“Let’s see what time is good for us to get together, tomorrow is it better for you in the morning or afternoon?”
Guest - Afternoon is better
Distributor -
“Ok, let’s say two o’clock would be good or would it be better around 3:30?”
Then write it in your book, after you write it in your book then you say
Distributor - “Tomorrow we’re going to show you a part of the program that you haven’t seen that’s equally as big as
the part that you have seen. The reason why we don’t like to show it to you on the first day, is because we want
to make sure you get some sleep tonight. Because it’s so exciting and it’s an important part to it and most people
don’t sleep after they see it, and we want to make sure you get some sleep tonight.”
And it’s true because that’s when you are going to expose the compensation plan to them on that second day.
You then go to your mentor and say:
Distributor - Hi
this is my friend
and he/she has a few questions.
Do you have a few minutes tomorrow at 2 pm tomorrow to answer some questions for him?
