Dear Sir, please answer
I need an amplifier (follower). I have slowly changing input signal 19 - 21 V and unipolar power supply
35V. It's necessary to amplify the input signal to produce an output current of 80 mA, current flows in
one direction - from the output to ground.
Can I use TL072-EP with unipolar supply 35 V, or you suggest something else?

Would VOUT = VIN +1.25 be acceptable?
Would an op amp with external NPN or NMOS added to boost current be acceptable?

TL072 has absolute maximum rating of 36V. That is not a lot of margin. Perhaps a zener diode (say 5V) on VCC+
could give some margin.
Be sure to have bypass cap VCC+ to ground.
I attached a Tina circuit model. R1 and D1 (optional) help protect T1.
C1 and R2 may be needed for stability if output is a capacitive load.
