Purpose of the role:
To provide stock management, supply chain and department administration
Need to do
Key tasks:
Assist in stock control across the business with specific responsibility for the Mantle imprint
Stock control reporting (Vista and Midas) and data analysis as required.
PCM prep and follow up
Release trade directs for Waterstones, WHS and other misc accounts.
Direct deliveries: Arrange the deliveries, invoicing and maintaining the DD monitor.
Rights reversions – Maintaining Rights reversion data on vista
Set up New Editions as required on Biblio.
NEC: produce a monthly reissues report for use by the sales team.
Produce a bi-weekly Programme amendments report for use by the entire company.
MDL Liaison
Assist the Publishing Operations team in any other areas as and when required.

Qualifications:
A level. Good level in English and Maths essential
Skills/knowledge:

Knowledge/Experience with several databases.
Advanced user of Microsoft office
TO be able to demonstrate an excellent attention to detail
Experience:
Ability to prioritise own work load and be self motivated.
Exceptional organisation and planning skills
Strong Communication skills

The ability to liaise between internal and external stake holders
