Time Line Assignment- HOW LONG AGO did you….? Hace + time + que + preterite Espanol II 3-2
This 1st section MUST be done at home:

_____ Click on sign up! And create a free account. Go to your email to activate your account.
_____ Go to add a new timeline
_____ Put a timeline title: La Vida de _______________. Or Mi Vida por_______________ etc.
_____ Choose + Add event
_____ Choose an image. Upload the 6 images that you want to use for your timeline.
_____ Click on done. Add 6 images.
At school:
_____ Add a title to your “event”. This is where you will put your Hace + time + que + preterite phrase to say
how long AGO this happened. If you began something 5 years ago and are still doing it you can use the
following types of phrases:
por la primera vez= for the first time
I played…….
Una vez jugué (one time I played)
I began to …. Empecé + a + (a noun or an infinitive)
I learned …Use aprender conj. + a + (a noun or an inf)

Put the date that this event occurred. (It can be approximate, but try to get the right sequence, year etc.)
Click on create event. Then go back and add another event. You should have 6 events in all.
When you are finished, click on view timeline.
At the bottom you´ll see Draft timelines can't be shared (change here)
Click on (change here) and then click on PUBLISH
You can go back and edit at various points or later after you have published it
Then hit VIEW again. Now down below you will see a choice to Embed / Share
