Amy Roberts, SPHR Senior Director Human Resources, L-3 Communications- KEO Division Amy joined L-3 KEO in November 2007 as the Talent Manager for the organization. In 2009 Amy was promoted to Director of Human Resources at L-3 KEO. L-3 Communications is a leading provider of a broad range of communication and electronic systems and products used on military and commercial platforms. KEO, based in Northampton Massachusetts, produces the systems that enable the end user to look, to see, and to control the leading edge of integrated imaging systems. Our mission is to provide the best possible imaging solutions to our U.S. and International customers while consistently achieving or exceeding our customer’s expectations in quality, delivery and cost through continuous improvement of product, process and service. In her role, Amy leads the HR function at the home office for KEO in Northampton MA, as well as the HR function at sister divisions located in Pittsburg, PA and Bologna, Italy. Amy and her team provide HR services and support to approximately 550 associates in the US and Italy. Amy works closely with leaders throughout the organization to assist in the development and implementation of HR Strategic initiatives. Amy has over 15 years’ experience working with business leaders to develop and implement people management and talent development strategies. Prior to joining KEO, Amy worked for the MassMutual Financial Group. During her time at MassMutual, Amy worked in Corporate and Line of Business HR roles. During her time in Corporate Human Resources, Amy was a Business Partner supporting 600 employees in various aspects of HR, such as, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, succession planning and organizational development. Much of her experience in the various lines of business, focused on talent management, training and employee relations. During this time, Amy also managed a team of Training and Performance Improvement Consultants as well a team focused on Employee Communications. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater University and a Masters of Human Resource Development from American International College.
