Dear Fellow,
The Board of Regents of the ICD-European Section have considered the attendance at the
Anniversary meetings and would very much like to improve the number of Fellows who
attend.
This is the most important meeting of the year and gives Inductees the opportunity to
meet Fellows not only from their own District but also others throughout Europe.
In order to help with future planning and to assess the reasons for non attendance we would
urge you to complete this Survey, so that any necessary changes can be made to the format of
the meetings. Your feedback is vitally important and we would ask you to email your
answers to the Registrar of the European Section ([email protected]) making any suggestions
you feel would make the meetings more attractive to justify your attendance.
For those Fellows that do not regularly attend the Annual Meetings, please help us to
better serve you by answering the questions below by underlining or highlighting as you
think appropriate,

If the cost of the Meeting is the main reason would you rather prefer:
a. A less costly Hotel Accommodation
b. A less costly Social Program
c. An increase in Annual Dues with consequent reduction of the Registration
Fee for the Meeting

It is the fervent wish of the European Board of Regents to make all our Fellows feel not
