**This agreement is intended for use where lands are jointly acquired (via Crown Land Sale or
additional Freehold Lands, or AMI) and the parties want to add the lands to an existing agreement.
INCLUSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made as of the _____ day of _______________, 2012
BETWEEN / AMONG:
COMPANY ONE, a body corporate, having an office in the
City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta
(hereinafter called “Company One”)
- and COMPANY TWO, a general partnership, having an
office in the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta
(hereinafter called “Company Two”)
- and COMPANY THREE, an individual, having a residence
in the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta
(hereinafter called “Company Three”)
(Collectively referred as the "Parties")
WHEREAS the Parties hereto are parties to or successors in interest to parties to a Joint
Operating Agreement dated _______________, 2012, (hereinafter called the
“said
Agreement”), wherein provision is made for the exploration, development and operation of the
lands subject thereto;
AND WHEREAS the Parties hereto have acquired certain Petroleum and Natural Gas
Leases(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Title Document(s)”) respecting lands more particularly
described in Schedule “A” attached hereto (hereinafter called the “Lands”);
AND WHEREAS the Parties desire to include the Title Dcoument(s) and the Lands subject to
said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the mutual
covenants and agreements hereinafter contained and set forth, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Effective _______________, 2012, the Title Document(s) and the Lands set out in
Schedule “A” shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the said Agreement.
2. The said Agreement is amended only to the extent necessary to give force and effect to
this Inclusion Agreement and is ratified, approved and confirmed as so amended.

3. The Parties confirm that the Title Document(s) and Lands as set out on Schedule “A”
will be held in the respective participating interests of the parties as more specifically set
out on Schedule “A”.
4. Subject to the terms and conditions of the said Agreement, this Inclusion Agreement
shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their respective
successors and assigns.
5. This Inclusion Agreement may be executed in counterpart and all such executed
counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Inclusion Agreement as of the
day and year first above written.
