2. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Eurosif member affiliates, classified as Financial Institutions (A and A*), SRI Service Providers (B) or Notfor-profits organisations (C) are normally required to be members of a national Sustainable Investment
Forum (SIF) before joining Eurosif. The fees below apply only to Eurosif Membership.

Eurosif Member Affiliates are required to be members of a local Sustainable Investment Forum (SIF)
before joining Eurosif1.
In joining Eurosif, Member Affiliates subscribe to the following Statement of Principles:
a. Agree to support the work of and to disseminate information about Eurosif and the work of its
members.
b. Assist, either individually or with other Eurosif members, in improving understanding of
Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) and in supporting the theory and practice of
SRI, including the integration of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues
into business and investment practices.
c. Use membership to develop relationships with colleagues and clients, apply honest and
thorough methods of research and evaluation, respect relevant laws and professional
regulations and commit to continual improvement.
Affiliate Membership of Eurosif is not intended to endorse an individual member or organisation's
business, qualifications, values or practices. Eurosif assumes no legal or financial responsibility for
the practices of the organisations listed as members.
Member Affiliates’ names and addresses may occasionally be given to other bodies interested in SRI.
Please advise Eurosif if you do not wish your details to be issued.

The Board of Directors has approved the initial membership application.
Eurosif will refund your Membership fee, in full, if your application is rejected by our Board of
Directors. However, once the Affiliate Membership is effective, Affiliate Membership fees will not be
refunded.
Affiliate Membership is valid for one calendar year.
Eurosif Member Affiliates who do not wish to renew their membership the following calendar year
must give Eurosif notice of at least 2.5 months before the end of the current calendar year, i.e. by
October 15th.ANNEX I

Become a Eurosif Member Affiliate now and support the development of the European SRI
industry as well as your pan-European SRI business by joining with others in the leading panEuropean sustainable investment membership association.
EUROSIF’S MISSION
Eurosif’s Mission is to develop sustainability through European financial markets. It is a not-for-profit
sustainable investment membership association whose Member Affiliates manage assets totalling around
€1 trillion.
Eurosif was founded in 2001 and works in partnership with EU national SIFs and its Member Affiliates.
The eight national SIF members of Eurosif are based in France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, the UK,
Belgium, Spain and Sweden. Eurosif’s Member Affiliates include institutional investors, financial services
providers, academic institutes and NGOs. Eurosif speaks authoritatively and broadly on SRI (Sustainable
and Responsible Investment) issues. The main activities of Eurosif are public policy, research and
supporting platforms for nurturing best practices regarding SRI.
