In Latin and Roman names frequently it is possible to meet the termination "moustache" (–us).
We believe that this modified termination rus. The termination "moustache" (–us) was

Besides, the further genealogic tree of Mohammed completely coincides with family tree of

R1a1. The part of Slavs has got over to Europe, but the most part of Slavs has remained in Asia.

Let's return to peripetias of palace intrigues of New Rome in VII century.
In 602–610 the throne of New Rome was grasped by Emperor Flavius Phocas Augustus, named
the dictator or the usurper. In the Bible Emperor Phocas has got under a name of Tsar Saul. It
also concerned to sort Flavius – Russ. Many years Kubrat–Heraclius served Emperor Phocas as
the commander as fleet. Mutual relations Phocas and Heraclius have formed basis for bible
legends about Tsars Saul and David. Kubrat–Heraclius it is completely identified by us with Tsar
David from Old Testament. In October 610 fleet Heraclius was included in Bosporus, but
cowardly Phocas did not render resistance and was broken up people together with the
confidants. Heraclius, it Kubar, has been proclaimed by Emperor of New Rome [7].
Let's note, that in the early works we wrongly identified Kubrat with Tsar Saul, and his younger
brother Shambat with Tsar David. Actually Kubrat there is bible Tsar David.
The epoch (605–641/665) boards of Emperor Heraclius – Kubar – David were marked by
development of the new form of a state system which we have named Authority of cousins or
Empire of cousins. Heraclius – Kubrat – David and his descendants have created the Second
Empire of cousins of Russia of a terrestrial civilization.
Traditional historians fondly believe, that Kubrat headed tribes of Kutrigurian which ethnic
accessory is unknown. Actually in Bulgarian annals [5] it is spoken, that names Bulgar gave
tribes by name the leader. Therefore this name of a tribe occurs from one of forms of name
Kubrat–Kurbat–Kurt.
Kubrat–Heraclius has engaged in construction of huge religious Empire – Great Bulgaria named
in the Old Testament is Great Israel. In the Near East and in Mesopotamia Emperor had to be at
war ten’s years with Sassanid – the Persian imperial dynasty. In 611–614 Persians have grasped
Syria and Cappadocia, and in 614 after three weeks siege have rushed into Jerusalem or the Al –
Kuds. According to a traditional history of [7] pages 36 aggressors have given « destiny of the
Christian population to fanaticism of Jews which began to exterminate severely Christians ». It is
curious, that capture of Jerusalem by Persians and the Babylon capture of inhabitants of

We believe that bible legends of the Old Testament have appeared on the basis of real events of
610th years of our era and war of Persians with Byzantium. The first Temple on Temple
Mountain has been constructed by Christians Equal Apostles Sacred Constantine and Elena in
330th. The rock refers to the Rock Cuba or Qubbat As Sakhra. The first temple has been
profaned during an attack of Persians it is possible, that destroyers of a relic were Jews which till
now grieve over destroyed "Temple".
Kubrat–Heraclius has returned to New Rome Jerusalem and has restored church on Temple
Mountain in 616–626. Though the traditional history is wrongly carries these events to peripetias
of the Temple of Empty Tomb. In those day’s military actions of armies of New Rome passed in
extensive territory – Egypt, Asia Minor, Syria, Palestine, Mesopotamia and Arabia. In 622–628

According to our researches, person Kubrat–Heraclius became prototype of first Prophet
Mohammed for Moslems [8, 9]. Times of life of Prophet Mohammed and Emperor Heraclius on
traditional history (570–632/641) practically coincide. On our reconstruction, real Prophet
Mohammed will make the acts in 1090–1152, and Moslems have created uniform image of the
Prophet from two historic figures. Islamic chronology Hijra (outcome) begins in 622 and
corresponds to the period of military actions of Byzantines in Arabia. New chronology begins to
be applied by Arabs only in 637.
We believe, that created by Arabs Caliphates were the friendly states to Great Bulgaria – to
Great Israel. The Umayyad Empire with capital in Damascus has been based by caliph Muavija
in 661. By 750 the Arabian Empire reached from Spain in the West down to India in the east. It
included territories of Europe, Northern Africa, Arabia, Mesopotamia, Small and Central Asia.
Moslems counted Kubrat–Heraclius the Prophet and in every possible way esteemed his name
and memory. Name Kubrat was embodied in names of various geographical places and religious
constructions. In main mosque Umayyad in Damascus were kept Qubbat Al Khazna (treasury),
fountain for ablution Qubbat an–Nofara and the House of Orel, Qubbat an–Nisr. In Jerusalem on
Temple Mountain Arabs name sanctuary Qubbat as–Sakhra. Hence, these names can be said as
Treasury of Kubrat – Cuba, the Fountain Cuba, Orel Cuba and the Rock Cuba accordingly. All
these constructions have been erected in VIII century. Name Kubrat–Kurt–Kurbat has been kept
also in name Caliphate Cordoba in Spain.
Let's estimate the sizes of the possession which are included in the huge religious state of
monotheism – Great Bulgaria or Great Israel the middle of VII century. Younger brother Kubrat
– Heraclius under Bulgarian name Shambat owned the own state – Duleba (Duloba), settled
down on the grounds Avar Khaganate in Central and the East Europe. The capital of Duloba was
in Kiev, Bulgarian named is Bashtu. The modern countries and regions Poland, Prussia, Saxony,
Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania, part of Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine were parts of
Duloba.

Great Bulgaria VII centuries included Penalty – Bulgaria on Dnepr (part of Duloba), the Danube
Bulgaria on the Balkans, Northern Caucasus and the Bottom Volga region, Volga and Kama
Bulgaria, Siberia, Near–Caspian and the Central Asian Bulgaria. The capital of the state on
Taman referred to Phanagoria and was in the ancient city of Bosporus Empire. The name of city
is formed from two words – the Finn and Ugor – ethnic names of tribes of an imperial sort from
the Volga region and Ural.
The Byzantium Empire was component of Great Bulgaria and those years settled down in
Europe, Asia Minor, Northern Africa, the Near East, Arabia and Mesopotamia. Great Israel on
pique of the power lay on boundless open spaces of Europe, Asia and Africa.
Kubrat–Heraclius within the board has created the ramified system of Authority of cousins or
Empire of cousins. At Great Khagane – Emperor younger brother Shambat, it Constantine III,
and five sons – Bat Boyan (Batbayan), Kotrag, Asparukh, Kuber and Alcek was. The traditional
history wrongly names Constantine III the senior son, but it was younger brother Kubart–
Heraclius, differently it is ridiculous to count Emperor (about 612) the baby in the age of 3
months.
The legend on which Kubrat has collected children is known and has asked senior son Bat
Boyan to break spear (probably, arrow), that that with ease has made. Then it has asked to break
sheaf with spears or arrow. Nobody could cope with the task. Then Kubrat has told to sons, that
if they will be amicable after his death to win them it will be possible to nobody, and if will be
separated, them "will break" the same as a spear broken Bat Boyan [5]. Within the board,
Kubrat–Heraclius has made the co–rule the senior sons.
The Byzantium coins on which it is represented Heraclius with the co–ruled is the brother and
the son were kept. Identical images of Emperors on coins of New Rome will appear through
three hundred years during board of the Macedonian dynasty and dynasty Lekapenos – lineal
descendants Kubrat – in IX–X centuries. The identification of all relatives and children Kubrat
does not enter into frameworks of the present work with Emperor Irakliem and it co–ruled. We
shall leave this interesting theme on the future. We shall result only the list of co–Emperors of
dynasty Heraclius in VII century: Heraclius (Heraclius August Flavius), Constantine III
(Heraclius Novus Constantine Flavius), Heraclius II (Constantine Heraclionus Flavius),
Constants II (Constans II Flavius) and Constantine IV (Constantine IV Flavius). At all it
Emperor Heraclius had some other sons who did not become Emperors. Here the list of sons
Heraclius: Constantine, Fabius, Theodosios, Constantine, David (Tiberios), Martinos and John
Athalarichos. The strong mess in sons of the Emperor, caused is on closer examination found out
by inauthenticity of the initial data. Besides the further destiny of sons of Emperor Heraclius is
unknown – they somewhere have disappeared from pages of chronicles.
Let's address to more authentic European and Bulgarian to the data on sons Kubrat–Heraclius
and we shall result results of our reconstruction of a history of Great Bulgaria – Great Israel.
On our hypothesis the senior son Kubrat–Heraclius by name Batboyan has accepted throne of
Empire of New Rome and Great Bulgaria and was co–rule to the father and brothers to Kotrag
and Asparukh. After death Kubrat–Heraclius, for the small period of time (663–667), Emperor
became Shambat – brother Kubrata–Heraclius [5]. Then Batboyan again became full Emperor.
The skillful falsifier of a history of Middle Ages from the Greek party of Empress Irina –
Theophanes the Confessor in 800th so has written about Batboyan [10]:

« The senior son, by name Batbayan, observing the will of the father, has until now remained in
the ground of the ancestors »
« When they, thus, were divided into five parts and became small, Khazarian, the great people
which has left from Verzilia of the most distant country first Sarmatia, has seized all After
Pontus Bulgaria up to the Pontus, and, make tribute senior brother Vatvajja, the chief of the first
Bulgaria, until now receives from him tax »
Actually, Khazarian have left the union of the religious state of Great Bulgaria – Great Israel at
the end of VII century and have grasped all Northern Caucasus and Kuban so the capital of Great
Bulgaria – Phanagoria has lost the status. Khagane Batboyan has remained to correct in
Constantinople, but has been compelled to render tribute Khazarian for maintenance of the
world.
Bulgarian the annals assert [5], volume II, page 100, that Batboyan rules with breaks in 660–663
and 667–690. It is known, that in 643 Bath – Boyan has accepted an Islam, has made Hajj and
has visited at caliph of the Lobster which name has taken to it self. From now on people began to
name his Bath – Umar or Kamyr–Batyr (Umar, Kamyr – forms of name Omar). After an attack

taken away from him authority (Shambat has died in 677). Batboyan in 683 has died and was
buried in Bashtu (Kiev). After his remains, probably, it has been put in Kiev–Pechersky Laurels.
Second son of Kubrat by name Kotrag has gone with the horde on the north along Don and has
based the Volga Bulgaria (Volga–Kama). His possession were distributed to Siberia and all
Volga region, except for the Bottom Volga region where managed Khazarian. Theophanes the
Confessor wrote in the chronicles [10]:
« The second son, the brother of it by name Kotrag, to proceed for Tanais, has lodged on the
contrary the senior brother »
Asparukh, third son Kubrat, has located on Danube and the Balkans in the Danube Bulgaria, has
based the first Bulgarian Empire. Asparukh had close communications with Byzantium (it is no
wonder, in fact it was one of co–Emperors of New Rome). Theophanes the Confessor wrote
about Asparukh [10]:
« Having extended thus they have become proud and have started to attack camps and places
under authority Rome taking place, and people withdrew in captivity: why Tsar has been forced
to conclude with them the world, having agreed to pay an annual tribute to shame of Roman
people on set of his failures »
« It was strange to hear both distant and near, that subordinated to it tributes all peoples in the
east, in the West, in the north and in the south, now itself should concede to contemptible again
appeared people »
Our data about Asparukh do not miss with Bulgarian and the Byzantium chronicles as Khagane
has brought in too essential contribution to history of Europe. The data on a title of co–Emperor
of New Rome differ only.
Kuber, fourth son Kubrat–Heraclius, with the Ugrian horde has tried to locate in Avarian
Pannonia (Austria, Hungary and Serbia). Has joined breeding association Avarian Khagane and

together with it in the chapter Ugrian appeared on coast of Danube and Yews. In 680–685 Kuber
has lifted revolt against Avars in Pannonia, but has failed and has left with the tribe to
Macedonia. Theophanes the Confessor has written about Kuber [10]:
« Obeying Khagane Avarian, has remained with people in Pannonia Avarian »
It agrees Bulgarian annals [5], II volume, page 98, Kuber has received from Asparukh as destiny
area Turun (Macedonia) which main river has found his name – Kubardara (the River of Kubar,
ostensibly the modern river Vardar). To us translation of the commentator Bulgarian is
represented doubtful to the annals by way of identity of words Kubar gift and names of the
Balkan river Vardar. We shall note, that descendants Khagane Kuber steel Equal Apostles
Sacred Cyril and Methodius, created Church Slavonic writing.
Let's put forward hypothesis on which Khagane Kubar has received also destiny from the senior
brother – Khagane Kotarg in his possession in the north of the river Tanais. It is territory of
modern Vladimir and Yaroslavl areas. Here Finn–Ugric people Merya from time immemorial
lives. On a joint of pools of the rivers of Don and Volga there is historical area Holmogory (Hill
Mount) where the river Kubra running in Nerl and Volga proceeds. It is interesting, that word
Kubra (Great) this Muslim female name in honor of the wife of Prophet Muhammad is Hadidzhi.
That is name Kubra can be translated as the Great River.
On coast Kubra in VII century have been incorporated town Yam Kubar and Yam Gold Cup,
and last fortress is executed as ancient Rome fort which strengthening’s are impose with the
processed cobble–stone. In any case, the territory of northern Don and the Top Volga region
belonged to the Finn–Ugric tribes, supervised it come from Russia which ancestors were Kubrat
and his sons. These grounds in a consequence referred to Djir, for which Russian Princes
rendered tribute to the Volga Bulgaria.
Alcek, the most younger son Kubrat – Heraclius, has tried to subdue Bavaria with the horde, but
has been compelled to leave to the south and settle all over again in Austria, and then in northern
Italy. Theophanes the Confessor [10] so writes about Alcek:
« Another, come in Pentapolis at Ravenna, has obeyed Tsars Christian ».
Khagane Alcek asked king Lombards of Grimoald an opportunity to lodge in his country,
promising to serve it. King Grimoald has sent them to son Romuald in Benevent where they and
settled in Sepin, Bovian and Inzernia [11,12]. Romuald has accepted Bulgarian hospitably and
has given them the ground. It also has disposed, that title Alcek has been changed from duke as
his historian Paul Diakon names, on Gastald (title of the deputy), according to Latin names.
Paul Deacon finishes the story about Bulgarian Alcek so [12]:
« And they live in these places about which we spoke, down to present time and though they
speak and in Latin too, but nevertheless up to the end have not refused the use of own language »
It is interesting, that archeological data and finds in different parts of Italy, including in
Benevento, confirm data of written sources on migration Bulgarian.
Bulgarian chronicles [5], volume II, page 97, call Alcek as Attila Asparukh (Atilkuse – Without
Beard Attila), named so in honor of ancestor of Attila. Descendants Alcek Bulgarian have placed
to the Balkans where they were one of branches of Tsars of the Danube Bulgaria. We shall

notice, that the province Dalmatia ideally approaches for localization of place of board Altsek
and his descendants for the province settled down both on the Balkans, and on Apennines.
Each of sons Kubrat has given numerous posterity rule peoples of Europe and Asia many
centuries. The Finn–Ugric elite have made basis seignioral, nobiliary and priest aristocracy of
Europe and Byzantium. Principles of Authority of cousins and Empire of cousins have been
approved in a real life during all VII century. However after death Kubrat–Heraclius is cousins
have taken away the grounds of huge religious Empire of Great Israel on set of specific parts,
having created the own states supporting among themselves friendly attitudes. In VIII century
splinters of Uniform great Empire began to get strongly pronounced ethnic character. In Khazars
Khaganate has taken roots Judaism, in result elite of Khaganate began to accept Judaism. In
Small and Central Asia the Moslem, as ascetic monotheism religion has become stronger. In
Palestine, Syria, Arabia and Northern Africa have got stronger Arabian Caliphate. New Rome
still remained the main economic and religious center of Orthodoxy in which reign hordes of
nomads from a sort of Russ – Flavius had strict authority.
Dynasty Heraclius has ended with board of Emperor Justinian II Rinotmet (685–695, 705–711)
which we identify with Great Khagane Sulabi (700–727), known on the Old Testament as Tsar
Solomon. Sulabi had grandson Kubratu–Heraclius. Dating of board Khagane (700–727) on
Bulgarian chronicles [5] look doubtful owing to mess in records of the modern commentator of
the annals.
The information on Emperor Justinian II – Sulabi, kept in the Byzantium and European sources
[13] is interesting. In 695 Justinian has been overthrown from throne and subject to physical
violence – to it have cut off nose and language. Under laws of New Rome Emperor could not
have defects of the person and head. Justinian has received shameful nickname Rinotmet and has
been compelled to leave for Crimea, and then in Phanagoria (Taman) and to run to the Volga
Bulgaria. Ten years it was hidden at Bulgarian and Khazars where again married the sister
Khazars Khagane is Ibuzir Glyavan – Princess Theodora. On our hypothesis Justinian – Sulabi –
Solomon travelled to Siberia, to Yakutia where has opened save Tsar Solomon – has found
deposits of diamonds and gold. Having grown rich, Justinian has employed armies and has
returned to Constantinople for revenge.
In 705 Emperor Justinian II was in front of Constantinople with Bulgarian armies led by
Khagane Tervel (700–721). Theophanes the Confessor writes [10]:
« In this to year Justinian has again accepted an Empire and, it is generous present to Tervel and
give to it imperial utensils, with the world has released it »
Besides gold and gifts, Khan Tervel has received title Cesar of New Rome. Traditional
historians are surprised to such event, including his with the first precedent when Cesar there
was foreign governor. From our point of view here there is nothing strange, in fact Tervel had
cousin Justinian – Sulabi and was one of applicants for a throne of Byzantium from sort of Russ
– Flavius. The further reSearches can specify a name of Khan Tervel as Emperor of New Rome
– it could be one of three co–Emperors of that time – Tiberius III, Anastas II or Theodosius III.
We believe that the title Cesar of Khan Tervel has remained in chronicles on happy coincidence
of circumstances – it was cleaned casually by adherents of "correct" history of Byzantium.
Let's note that Justinian – Sulabi – Solomon participated in construction of the Second Temple
named Solomon Temple. Under the Arabian chronicles leaves, that sanctuary Qubbat As Sakhra
on Temple Mountain have erected under the order Umayyad Caliph Abd Al–Malik, that is Malik
– Tsar in 687–691 and completed in 705. Thus, construction of Temple was carried out in two

stages, to corresponding periods of board of Emperor Justinian II Rinotmet, it Khagane Sulabi
and Tsar Solomon.
We already wrote in the early works, that Qubbat As Sakhra (Rock of Cuba) is Solomon
Temple, erected on money and under the order Khagane Sulabi–Solomon. According to the
Bible the temple of Tsar David has been reconstructed and finished by Tsar Solomon, as have
made actually Kubrat – Heraclius – David and Sulabi – Justinian – Solomon in 616 and 705.
Therefore Temple Solomon never was exposed to destruction and costs on the place here 1300
years. The first Temple was the Christian sanctuary erected in 330th by Equal Apostles Sacred
Constantine Great and Elena, and then destroyed by Persians in 614 and again built up Khagane
Kubrat–Heraclies in 616–626.
So, the Second Empire of cousins of Russ – Flavius existed in VII–VIII centuries. The period of
stability was prolonged about hundred years and has come to the end in 710th.
Less than in hundred years, in 780 on a throne of New Rome has ascended one of last official
representatives of sort Flavius – Emperor Constantine VI Blind while it was overthrown by
native mother Irina in 797, preliminary having blinded the son.
It agrees Pseudo – Simeon [14] wife Fedota has given birth to Constantine Blind of two sons –
Leo in 796–797, ostensibly died in infancy, and the unknown son in 802–808, already after death
of Emperor. Both sons began to count died.
On our reconstruction Constantine Blind's [5] children, it Khagane of Bulgarian chronicles is

son is identified with the future Emperor Basil Macedonian (805/811 – 886) by us with Khagane
Urus Aydar (797–855), and. Constantine Blind descendants and his sons Leo – Urus Aydar and
Basil Macedonian in IX–XI centuries will create Third Empire of cousins of human civilization.
Blossoming of the Third Empire of cousins has fallen in X century.
In IX century began construction of new Empire of cousins. After reign of Empress Irina the
authority in Constantinople for long years (797–867) has passed to the Greek party. Within the
Greek board the history of Byzantium by efforts chronicler Theophanous the Confessor who
managed to impose a special sight at the events, excluding or deforming domination in New
Rome dynasties Flavius – Russ, ethnic Finn–Ugrian, occuring with the Volga region has been
corrected. In fact actually sort Flavius imperial came Khagane and elites of nomad tribes of

Constantine Blind by name Leo – Urus Aydar (Great Horseman) has accepted a throne of Great
Bulgaria and rules in the capital – Bashtu (Kiev). The younger son of the blinded Emperor
disappeared long years in the rate of the uncle – the Bulgarian Khan Krum. In the work [15] we
have shown Wars of Russia that in 836–837 Basil Macedonian has appeared on open spaces of
New Rome with an army of Russ. It was the first attack of Russia to Constantinople, described in
medieval chronicles. In result suburbs of New Rome and coast of Asia Minor have been
plundered. Basil Macedonian has received throne of Russ in Prusa (Bursa), city in several tens
kilometers from capital of Empire. Prusa belonged to Russ – Flavius since times of Tsar Prusa I,
it Flavius Valerius Constantius Chlorus, then Flavius Valerius Constantine Great, it is Tsar Prusa

In 840th Basil Macedonian has located in Constantinople and as Tsar of Prusa has come in
retinue of the working Emperor Michael II, and then and his son Michael III. Offensive

Russ – Flavius worldwide. Emperor Basil has developed military actions against Arabs, has
returned to Byzantium Cyprus, at war on Sicily, have strengthened positions of Empire in the
Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. These successes have allowed to beginning in 890th expansion
Ugrian and Bulgarian to the Balkans and to the Central Europe. This military campaign has
headed of Khagane Almysh with the sons [16]. Almysh had the son Great Khagane Djilki,
grandson Urus Aydar and nephew Rurik and grandnephew Basil Macedonian. Khagane Almysh
has passed with the horde about Kiev [17] in 898. Ugric – Hungarians have grasped Slavic Great
Moravia and have based the Hungarian state. We shall result the Table No. 2 of work [16] with
names of Emperors and Khaganes.
Let's take also the Table No. 3 – the Macedonian dynasty, Rurikovich/Lekapenos, Saklan
dynasty from work [18]. In last table data on all Emperors, Khagane and Princes Russia,
Bulgaria and New Rome, the cousins who have formed Third Empire of Russ in world history in
IX–X centuries are resulted. The information will be added with the Table No. 4 of the same
work where the data on dynastic communications Rurikovich and new dynasties Ugrian are
given to Russia in X–XI centuries.
Before studying of military expansion Russ during the Third Empire of cousins of Russia we
shall consider the problem mutual relations of an imperial sort of Russ – Flavius, peoples Ugric
and Slavs during this period time. We shall clear also an origin of the name of the city of Kiev
from our point of view.
Let's remind, that for the first time Slavs are mentioned in chronicles of the Byzantium Empire
from Theophanes the Confessor for 551 [10]. This time corresponds to military defeat Juan Juan
Khaganate in the Inner Mongolia and Altai from armies of Turks which subsequently have
created own Turkic Khaganate on open spaces of Eurasia from Central Asia down to Pacific
ocean [19]. New Turkic people has been formed by mixture of the rests Juan and winners of
Turks, non–uniform genetically.
In the Byzantium, European, Russian and Arabian annals in Middle Ages the big mess with an
identification of people of Slavs and their ethnic accessory is observed. This phenomenon has
caused set of mistakes in modern treatments of events of traditional historians that has led to
wrong estimation of a role and a place of Slavs in a world history.
So, modern Slavs it is lineal descendants of Mongols Juan or Juan–Juan.

According to the Arabian chronicles, for example [20] IX–X centuries, counted Slavs peoples
Jins and Sacalib. So in Paragraphs 51, 63 country of Slavs is name the As – Sacalib and Burdjan
(ostensibly Bulgaria). In the same place in Paragraph of 73 century « If to speak about merchants
Ar–Rus » it is spoken, that Russ « it is one of versions (Jins) Slavs ». Thus in Paragraph 10 «
Titles of lords of the Earth » in a singular of the Slav name saclab, and the lord of As – Sacalib is
Prince (Knaz).
Let's note at once, that the Arabian name of Slavs Jins is identical to the self–name Juan, that
speaks about the Mongolian origin of Slavs and completely confirms our assumptions.

According to a source [21], Beishi, chapter 98; Veishu, chapter 103, 391–556 of history Juan
Juan describing the period, Khagane Juan called the first Muguluj, and his son – Guyluhoj. If to
cast away the Chinese accent names Migulja and Gluhoj (Deaf person) will turn out. The third
Khagane of Juan–Slavs called Shelun (it can read on – Chines, as in Russian).

Bulgarian chronicles [5], volume II, page 17 for the first time mention Slavs in VII century
concerning to their love to the younger brother Great Khagane Kubrat by name Shambat, based
state Duleba (Duloba) on place Avar Khaganate. Slavs esteemed Shambat sacred for clearing of
an Avarian yoke.
Whence there is word Sacalab which accept for version of word the Slav?
In Bulgarian chronicles the country Saklan name Kuban, vicinities of Don and Northern
Caucasus. Khazars part of Saclan referred to Ak–Saclan. Western Saclan settled down around of
capital on Dnepr and referred to the Kara – Saclan (Western Saclan) which included the grounds
of modern Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech. Steppes from Don up to Dnepr
referred to Saclan. Black Sea in those days Bulgarian named Saclansky. Soldiers and to know
Khagane Urus Aydar (797–855) began to refer to Saclan–Urus or Balyn’s. Then this name
Saclan–Urus has passed on all inhabitants of the north named by Bulgarian is Ulchici, living in
the European woods and bogs of present Ukraine, Belarus and Russia [5] volume I, page 24.
On Northern Caucasus there was country Burdzhan. It included territories of modern
Kabardino–Balkaria, Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic and Dagestan. Even to the south the
Caucasian grounds referred to Djurash.
All features Bulgarian toponymics in territory of modern Russia are shown on map of the
Bulgaria Power made under annals [5].
As whole, after disintegration of Great Bulgaria – Great Israel Great Khagane Kubrat in VII
century, it was formed five large parts of former Empire [5], volume III, page 65:

Khaganate. Elite of Saclans were ethnic Finn–Ugrian from the Volga region. Thus European
Avar Khaganate was friendly formation Far East Juan Juan Khaganate in steppes of Mongolia
and Altai.

Let's comment on the quoted data of the Arabian travelers for IX–X centuries.
Russ it is people living between Slavs and Avars in the West and Bulgarian in the east (on the
part of Ural and Kama). One of capitals of Russia is the city of Kuyab on Dnepr. Hence, Slavs
and Avars live to the west of pool of Dnepr.
The main river of Russ it Itil – Volga. Possession Itil by Russ, instead of Bulgarian is not put
under doubt. Some areas Russ are far in the north that the goods Russ – confirm skins of beavers,
black sables and red foxes. Where there are cities Russ with names according to Arabs S.la and
Arsa is not clear. It is logical to assume, that in the north.
Descriptions of the Arabian sources, the facts of Russian and Byzantium annals, and also the
modern data of DNA–Genealogy completely confirm our hypothesis about a Finn–Ugric origin
Russ. Cards of moving of Finn–Ugric peoples of the Middle Ages in territory of Russia are
known. Names of peoples – Merya, Mordva, Muroma, Balt, Vesi, Chud, Krivichi, Slovene,
Vyatichi, Finns, Pomors, Samoedi, Erzya, Mosh, etc. The Elite Finn–Ugrian referred to Russ or
on – Bulgarian Urus, that means literally Great. Armed Russ referred to Varangians (Vikings).
The big diaspora of Varangians lived in Itil and Bulgar. It agrees Bulgarian to chronicles [5] and
Jews sources Khazars Khaganate in Itil there lived some ten’s thousand Varangians with
families. In X century in Constantinople was imperial guards of Varangians – Russ as number
6000 person served.
As against Russ position of Slavs was pitiable. According to a traditional history and annals
from various sources, Slavs began to settle on the Balkans and in the Central Europe since
second half VI century, right after route Juan Juan Khaganate in 555. This territory belonged
Avar Khaganate, therefore Slavs were subject to Avars. In VII century Slavs have been involved
in religious and military movement Kubrat – Heraclius, created on huge territory of Europe, Asia
and Africa Great Bulgaria or Great Israel.
In IX century Slavs managed to create the first state – Great Moravia (822–907). During the
greatest power she included territories of modern Hungary, Slovakia, Czech, and also Small
Poland, a part of Ukraine and historical area Silesia. The Slavic grounds settled down outside
territory of the former USSR, and furthermore – the Russian Federation.
It is obvious that Slavs (Mongols) were very quickly made multiple copies probably in Slavic
families was usual practice to get set of children. This ability of the Mongolian immigrants has
been marked by surrounding peoples, therefore Slavic slaves and servants castrated in Europe

and Asia. Only Ugric of Russ did not subject Slavs to humiliating procedure that has led to the
subsequent domination of the Slavic population in Ancient Russia.
Therefore all statements of traditional historians about an accessory of the tribes called Rurik on
reigning to Novgorod in 862 – Krivichi and Sloven of Ilmen to Slavs – are ridiculous and false.
In those days in territory of Russ Khaganate and Ancient Russia there lived Finn–Ugric peoples.
Ranking to Slavs Drevlyan, Glades and Radimich also is erroneous. All these tribes around of
Kiev concerned to Avars and Ugrian.
Aggressive campaigns Ugrian to Russia under management Khagane Almysh and his sons in
beginning X century have led to the beginning of resettlement of Slavs from Great Moravia on
the north and northeast aside territories of Poland and Ancient Russia.
Let's consider etymology of word Kiev becoming the main city of Russia for many centuries.
Count the majority of traditional historians [17] and commentators of Bulgarian chronicles [5]
believe, that the name Kiev occurs from word Kij (Kyi) – cut off. Ancient Bulgarian name of
Kiev was Bashtu. The city has been based in 330th by hordes of immigrants to Europe from the
Volga region and Asia. Speak, that Kubrat in hearts has named younger brother Shambat – Kyi
that is cut off, for treachery of interests of Great Bulgaria. And as capital Duleby (Duloba)
Khagane Shambat was Bashtu ostensibly in due course the city of Shambat began to refer to as
Kiev.
Bulgarian chronicles inform [5], the volume II, page 14, that Kiev stood on hills (mountains)
which referred by Bulgarian is Kuyan or Kuk – Kuyantau (Mountains of spirit Kuyan or Kuk –
Kuyan), therefore Kiev referred to as well Kuk – Kuyan. The first Khagane, received to be
buried in these places, were Balamber (it Emperor Valente Flavius, it Bible Judas) and
Mundzhuk (it Emperor Arcady Flavius), a given throne of Russ to son Attila.
The Arabian sources [20,22] – writers and travelers Al–Istarhi, Ibn Hordadbeh, Ibn–Haukal
named Kiev like Kuyab (Kuyb).
Let's put forward a hypothesis on which the etymology of a word Kiev is connected to a word of
Cuba, the Father meaning a name Heavenly and the God of the Sun, the founder of the Sky and
the Earth.
Our hypothesis precisely reflects the main applicability of city as the religious and political
center of the western Empires of Bulgarian, headed it come from Russ – Flavius. As letters "v"
and "b" in Russ and Slavic languages are interchangeable. Therefore the word Kiev means name
Cuba (Kub) literally.
Let's consider aspects of mutual penetration and enrichment of Russian and Slavic languages
which have enabled to create uniform cultural – historical space on the Slavic, Finn–Ugric and
Turkic grounds from Baltic up to Pacific Ocean.
According to our researches and reconstruction of history [4], initial, divine language of first
people – ethnic Finn–Ugrian the Volga region and Ural, were language of elite – first children of
the Father Heavenly on the Earth, hence, language of the Father Heavenly. This language can be
named Old Russian that is it is literally Ancient great language. In fact word "Russ" is Great,
Divine. Great language became a basis for set of adverbs and dialects of ancient people – Indo
European, arisen around of the Volga region. For example, Old Russian language became
nucleus of Sanskrit. Bulgarian chronicles named Indo European the Volga region like Bulgarian.
From the ethnic point of view the first people on the Earth were Ugrian, Haplogroup N,

"northerners". From them there were other Ethnos and Haplogroup, the sets of mutations settled
worldwide with purchase and racial differences at the descendants caused by sexual contacts to
local female individuals.
So, we believe that a parent language of all terrestrial people language of Russ – Great language
was. Imperial sorts and a part of Volga region and northern tribes Finn–Ugrian used him. On our
reconstruction of history [4] language of Russ has got to the Inner Mongolia of China together
with survived after the Flood (1250 BC) people from Da’Aria, areas around of the southern
grounds of Scythian Ocean (nowadays West Siberian plain), territories around of the modern
cities of Omsk, Kurgan and Novosibirsk. Ancient chronicles name these people the Yenisei
Kirghiz or, on – Chines is Juan.
Juan is the Chinese name of the tribes lived along northern and northwest borders of Empire
Chzhou (1254–1123 BC). The ethnic accessory of these tribes is not clear to traditional
historians. Usually they consider as the Proto–Mongolian and Proto–Tangut tribes. Ancient
Chinese described them as people with light eyes and the dense red beards typical Europeian
[23]. These attributes were traced up to III–IV centuries however after that Mongolian type
became proponent. According to our reSearches, Juan is survived after Flood east Ugrian get
mutation to Slavs. Mutations proceeded more than 1500 years. Ugrian it was necessary to take as
wife female savages of the Inner Mongolia and China, their children became mutants. In result
Haplogroup N is Ugrian it was transformed in Haplogroup R1a1. Thus Juan, and then Juanе have
kept ancient Great language – language of Russ. Hence ancestors of Slavs and Finn–Ugrian
people are in the past occurred from one forefather.
As we already wrote, Slavs to occupy began actively territory of the Balkans and the Central
Europe in VI century after falling Juan Juan Khaganate. In VII century they became the active
subject of religious and political intrigues Ugrian to Russia in Europe and the Byzantium
Empire. After creation of the independent Slavic state Great Moravia (822–907), at Princes of
Slavs has arisen need for creation of modern writing for service of religious and cultural needs of
society. For this purpose Prince Rostislav (846–870) has invited from the Byzantium Empire of
two educated monks – Equal Apostles Sacred Cyril and Methodius. In our clause [24] we have
proved, that Cyril and Methodius had Cousins to Rurik and christened it in Itil under name
Constantine in 860. During travel, in Korsun, Constantine (Cyril) has found the scientist who in
perfection knew language of Russia and has transferred Cyril the records and knowledge.
Bulgarian annals [5] name this language Kushtan letter, named so in honor of Constantine
(Kushtan on Bulgarian).
In 862 Cyril and Methodius arrived to Moravia under the invitation of Prince Rostislav to
explain to Slavs belief on their native language. Brothers have lived in Moravia more than three
years, having created two variants of the letter – Glagolic and Cyrillic’s. Language of Russ was
very complex write in this language the most educated people of that time as language carried
out functions of dialogue could only and was the tool of physics, chemistry and mathematics.
Cyril and Methodius have simplified divine language Finn–Ugrian Russ and have created
Church Slavonic language which correctly to name Russian. Modern Russian is extremely
simplified variant of ancient divine language.
In language of Russia spoke Ugric sorts of Russ (Great), and also elite of Slavs which lived then
in the West of the Balkans and in the Central Europe – in the state Great Moravia. On more
simple language Slavs spoke, in due course religious language has superseded old adverbs of
Slavs which part were Turkic and Bulgarian.

In result Cyril and Methodius have copied the Scriptus and church, prayer books in Church
Slavonic language. Even Pope Adrian II has ratified Church Slavonic language as liturgical
language, and the transferred books ordered to put in the Roman churches. It is known even, that
kings of France up to the end of XVIII century swore on the Bible written in Church Slavonic
language.
As the Koran became a basis for language association of hundreds peoples of Asia and Northern
Africa under aegis of the Arabian language – adverbs of the Koran so language of the Bible of
Cyril and Methodius became base of association different ethnic peoples of the Balkans, the
Central Europe, Russia and Asia. Russian was the religious – cultural factor rallied the orthodox
countries. Slavic, Finn–Ugric and Turkic languages have absorbed in themselves features of
Russian, but Slavic languages have not influenced Russian, as initial and more complex.
Thus, all listed cultural, ethnic, religious, military and political reasons have led to creation of
conditions for occurrence in IX–XI the centuries of new Third Empire of cousins of the Russia
which has involved in the general movement Finn–Ugrian, Slavs, Bulgarians, Arabs and Turks
on huge open spaces of Eurasia and Northern Africa.
In 862 [5, 17] Finn–Ugrian the north of the East Europe have called on reigning Rurik – Lachin.
It has led to the beginning of creation of the state of Ancient Russia in territories of modern
Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Finland and Russia. At that time Russ Khaganate
created by Urus Aydar (820–855), with capital Bashtu–Kiev headed by Princes Ascold and Dir.
In 882 Prince Prophetic Oleg, it the future Emperor Leo Wise (886–912), the son of Emperor
Basil Macedonian (867–886), has arrived with the team and Igor Rurikovich to Kiev and has
perfidiously killed Ascold and Dir. The reasons of murder and change of authority consist that
Princes Ascold and Dir did not belong to sort of Russ besides suzerain Ascold and Dir –
Khagane Djilki and his brother Rurik have died in the same 882 [5].
In parallel these events Emperor Basil Macedonian actively was at war with Arabs on
Mediterranean Sea and Asia Minor, including the Near East. War went with variable success
however Emperor managed to return under the control of New Rome Sicily, coast of Adriatic
Sea and island Cyprus. By the way, the exact name of Cyprus in Russian, Turkic and the Arabian
languages – Kubrus, that is Great Cuba (Kub). Basil's I military expansion has exhausted forces
Arabian Caliphate and has created conditions for the future victorious expedition which will be
headed by his younger son – Alexander Great (880–913), Emperor in 912–913.
In 892 the horde the Ugrian–Magyar under management of Khagane Almysh, (921–931) New
Rome becoming subsequently Emperor Christopher, and his sons Kazan and Arbat, has intruded
on territory adjacent Great Moravia. Ugrian began to be settled in territory of northern Moravia –
modern Hungary, having left the Volga region. Great Moravia has been finally defeated in 907
when there was a well–known fight at Pressburg (Preshporok) or Bratislava. After fight Ugrian
occupied east part of present Austria and all Great Moravia becoming base of campaigns in
neighboring countries. Devastating expeditions Ugric (the future Hungarians) to Germany,
France, Spain and Italy (Lombardy) proceeded all first half X century up to 955 when king Otto I
Great has put them shattering defeat in fight at the river Lech, stopped Ugrian invasion.
Accordingly, the Power or the Third Empire of cousins of Russia carried out expansion on the
West up to the middle of 950th.
Ugrian in X century we result a card of aggressive campaigns below. Armies of Ugrian reached
Atlantic Ocean in France, Northern Sea in Germany and Cordoba Caliphate in Spain, and also up
to southern extremity of Apennines, to surprise of historians, ostensibly not having attacked on
Rome which has not been constructed yet by Catholics. Aggression Ugrian of Russ in the West

has led to reciprocal actions on the part of the western aristocracy. In result Sacred Roman
Empire with capital in the city of Aachen [25] has been created. The first Emperor became East
Frank king Otto I Great. Sacred Roman Empire has put an end to expansion Ugrian to Russia
and stabilized a situation in the Central Europe.
Beginning X century was accompanied by numerous military campaigns Ugrian Russia not only
on the West, but also on the East. The younger son of Emperor Basil Macedonian by name
Alexander had vague chances to become Emperor, therefore in an early age has decided to create
to itself own Empire. For this purpose it has collected an army from Macedonians – ethnic
Ugrian, Bulgarian, Slavs and Turks and in 902 was forwarded to Asia Minor, having started the
outstanding campaign. The traditional history carries years of life Alexander Great to IV century
B.C. that is falsification of real events.
In the works [4, 26] we have proved, that in a history only one was, it, and lived it the 33 years
in IX–X centuries of our era (879–913). It is enough to look at Alexander's "ancient" bust and his
image on a mosaic in the Temple of Sacred Sofia – persons are identical. We shall quote [4]
pages 251–253:
« Alexander with fights moved ahead along the Mediterranean coast of Asia Minor, has grasped

The part of historians believes Batu son Genghis Khan, instead of his grandson from son
Dzhuchi. Batu veins per 1205–1255, and Dzhuchi has died in 1226 and never owned nothing.
After death Genghis Khan in 1227, Batu has received the grounds of Khiva, Caucasus, Crimea
and a part of Russia. It settled on coast of Volga, near to the native land of great–great–

Golden Horde in the beginning of XV century has broken up to some parts. In the beginning of
20th years of XV century it was formed Siberian Khanate, in 40th years – Nogai Horde, then
have arisen Kazan Khanate (1438) and Crimean Khanate (1443), and in 60th years – Kazakh,
Uzbek and Astrakhan Khanate. In XV century considerably get down dependence of Russia on
Golden Horde. In 1480 Ahmat, Khan of the Big Horde becoming for some time successor of
Golden Horde, tried to achieve obedience from Ivan III, but this attempt appeared unsuccessful.
In 1480 Russian people was finally released from political and military domination of Mongols.
The big Horde has stopped existence in the beginning of XVI century.
The dynasty Yuan – an imperial dynasty in Mongolia and China has existed about hundred
years in 1271–1368. The Empire has fallen in result of Revolt of Red bandages in 1351–1368.
The most capable and large splinter of Horde Empire of Russ long years there was an Empire of
great Moguls in the south of Eurasia. Great Moguls are Muslim governors of the Uzbek origin,
rule India since 1526 for 1858.
Horde Empires of Russ or the Fourth Empire of cousins of Russ till now influences culture,
policy and the international attitudes. Great governors of Empire, such as Genghis Khan and
Kublai–Khan, have left an indelible trace in history. They were one of the best representatives of

During this awful period of Russian history conditions and need of creation of the state –

Polish – Lithuanian Commonwealth is confederation of Kingdom of the Polish and Great
Princedom Lithuanian. The state settled down mainly in territories of modern Poland, Ukraine,
Belarus and Lithuania, and also on a part of territories of Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Moldova,
Slovakia, and in the past of Prussia. At presence of a uniform state system Kingdom the Polish
and Great Princedom Lithuanian had everyone the own administrative device, treasury, an army
and laws. Existing in Polish – Lithuanian Commonwealth specific political build it is accepted to
name Szlachta democracy [34]. We believe his version of authority of cousins as sovereign
Princes and Szlachta in the great bulk were direct relatives each other. The name of
confederation of two peoples – Finn–Ugrian and Polish – Lithuanian Commonwealth can be

of Russ in history. Thus the center of confederation was not in Moscow or the Volga region. The
territory of the Fifth Empire of cousins of Russ lay on the grounds from Atlantic and Arctic
Ocean in the north up to Black Sea and Caspian Sea in the south, from Carpathian Mountains in
the West and up to Ural and Siberia in the east.

The analysis of dates of occurrence and decline of Empires, and also the periods of their
existence, speaks about presence of certain internal laws of development of the state formations

compensate bitterness of loss of so significant human resource.
Conclusions:
1. The beginning of XXI century ideally approaches for restoration of monarchic principles of
formation of the states of Europe and America on the basis of collective suzerainties or
authorities of cousins of patrimonial aristocracy of Russia.
2. In XXI century conditions for creation of the Third Rome have ripened on the basis of
Authority of cousins of Russ with capital in territory of modern Russia. It will be the Sixth
Empire of cousins of Russ in world history – Holy Russia.
3. 2013 should become the first year of formation of the Sixth Empire of cousins of Russ.
