Other techniques for increasing DC gain of the op-amp such as using positive feedback or gain boosting are based on increasing output resistance of the op-amp and so only DC gain of the op-amp increases with these techniques and UGBW remains constant [4]-[5]. The OTA ...

Evaluates: MAX1710/MAX1711 MAX1710 Evaluation Kit General Description Features

... The MAX1710 evaluation kit (EV kit) demonstrates the data sheet’s standard 7A notebook CPU application circuit (see MAX1710/MAX1711 data sheet). This DC-DC converter steps down high-voltage batteries and/or AC adapters, generating a precision, low-voltage CPU core VCC rail. The circuit was designed ...

AP3171 N E W P R O D U C T Description Features Pin

... The AP3171 can work in constant-current (CC) mode. The output current is sensed by a current sense resistor RSENSE. As output current increases, the voltage drop across RSENSE will be limited to a reference voltage (VCS) to accomplish CC function. The default RSENSE is 27.27mΩ to get the typical CC ...

Opto-isolator

In electronics, an opto-isolator, also called an optocoupler, photocoupler, or optical isolator, is a component that transfers electrical signals between two isolated circuits by using light. Opto-isolators prevent high voltages from affecting the system receiving the signal. Commercially available opto-isolators withstand input-to-output voltages up to 10 kV and voltage transients with speeds up to 10 kV/μs.A common type of opto-isolator consists of an LED and a phototransistor in the same opaque package. Other types of source-sensor combinations include LED-photodiode, LED-LASCR, and lamp-photoresistor pairs. Usually opto-isolators transfer digital (on-off) signals, but some techniques allow them to be used with analog signals.
