KENMARK CONSTRUCTION
As the nationwide mortgage predicament influenced housing prices,
Kenmark Construction engaged United to help accelerate the sales
process for their properties. United Marketing Services orchestrated a
multi-property auction consisting of 12 new homes and two lots across
multiple developments in Billings, MT.
Positive, proactive public relations were paramount to the success of this event.
Kenmark Construction wanted to free up capital so it could continue building in the
communities once the market improved. Kenmark also wanted to be sensitive to
their existing customers who bought prior to the auction. United Marketing
Services proactively managed the media and deployed a national and regional fullyintegrated marketing campaign that was heavy on PR and digital marketing.
Enhanced Marketing Solutions was highly successful in driving the market to the auction
and providing solutions for the developer. The results were:
