CD10, CALLA, TRI-COLOR-conjugated, clone SJ5-1B4
Monoclonal Antibody
Catalog No.: MON1184T
Quantity: 0.5 ml
Specificity
Expressed on early B- and T-lymphoid precursors, B-blasts, some granulocytes, bone marrow stromal cells and various
epithelia with especially high expression on brush border of kidney and gut, some smooth muscle and myoepithelial
cells, brain cultured fibroblasts and certain tumor cell lines. CD10 is widely used as a marker of common (pre-B) acute
lymphocytic leukaemias and certain lymphomas.
Immunoglobulin type
Murine IgG1
Use
The antibody can be used for flow cytometry. F/P Ratio: 1.
Main cellular activity: lymphoid progenitor cells, c-ALL, granulocytes.
Instructions for use
This antibody has been titred for application in flow cytometry. 5 µl is the maximum amount of reagent required for 1 x
106 cells. Lesser amounts of antibody may be sufficient and it is recommended that the customer determine the optimum
amount of antibody for each application.
Isotype Controls
It is recommended that Monosan isotype controls be used since they have been conjugated using the same protocols as
for the monoclonal antibodies: Mouse IgG1 TRI-COLOR Code M106
Presentation
100 µg / 0.5 ml antibody solution containing sodium azide. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a
stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml.
Minimum number of tests: 100.
