 Pair up (A and B)
 A speaks for two minutes while B listens
– “The most important thing I want to share

– Can be anything positive, negative or neutral
 B practices mindful listening
 When A finishes, B says, “Thank you
for sharing.” Nothing more.

 Third round is open-ended practice of mindful
communication back and forth.
 During this time, each person practices what
he/she has learned in a manner that more
closely resembles typical interactions.
