Production Manager Assistant Stage Manager Lighting Designer Master Electrician Lighting Board Operator Lighting Crew Master Carpenter Scenic Crew Charge Scenic Artist Scenic Artist Sound Designer Sound Engineer Sound Board Operator Sound Crew Properties Designer Properties Coordinator Wardrobe Designer Wardrobe Coordinator Wardrobe Crew Graphic Designer Publicity Coordinator Publicity Crew House Manager Box Office Manager Ushers Special Effects Designer Special Effects Coordinator Run Crew Chief Run Crew Green Room Manager Management Oversees technical aspects of production, including safety and budgeting Assists Stage Manager in rehearsal and production duties Lighting Designs lighting elements Oversees Lighting Crew in implementation of lighting design Operates lighting board, mainly during production week and performances Works under Master Electrician to implement lighting design Scenic Oversees Scenic crew in implementation of scenic design structure Works under Master Carpenter to implement structural scenic elements Oversees Scenic crew in implementation of non-structural scenic design elements Works under Charge Scenic Artist to implement non-structural scenic elements Sound Designs sound elements Oversees Sound Crew in implementation of sound design Operates sound computer, mainly during production week and performances Works under Sound Engineer to implement sound design Props and Costumes Designs prop elements Acquires and coordinates prop elements Designs costume/wardrobe elements Acquires and coordinated costume/wardrobe elements Assists Costume/Wardrobe Coordinator in use of items during production Publicity Design graphic elements used for publicity Oversees Publicity Crew in implementation of publicity elements Works under Publicity Coordinator to implement publicity element House Designs and oversees lobby and house elements before and during performances Handles ticket reservations and purchases Assist House Manager in patron services during performances General Production Designs special effect elements (ex. projection) Coordinates implementation if special effect elements Oversees Run Crew in organization of set up and movement of scenic and prop pieces Works under Run Crew Chief to organize and move scenic and prop pieces Oversees use of Green Room during production and performances Academic credit may be earned for participation on this production by enrolled undergraduates. Credit may include: ISP, Technical Theatre Practicum, Minor Capstone, and MQP
