Description of the
Role
We currently have requirements for two Marketing Consultants to provide support
to the Senior Marketing Consultant and Marketing Manager and assist in the
implementation and management of Marketing campaigns for group products and
services.
The role will involve working closely with multiple suppliers from creative agencies
and print houses to media agencies. The successful candidate will have the ability
to work independently and will be responsible for campaign management from
conception, through the design and artwork development to ultimately evaluating
the campaign’s performance, with suggestions and learnings for future activity.
We would like to speak with candidates who can actively demonstrate their
experience in:





Managing direct and digital Marketing campaigns to achieve agreed targets
in a fast-paced environment
Managing campaign budgets – negotiating agency and campaign costs and
managing the purchase order process and reconciliation
Monitoring campaign performance daily, providing timely MI updates against
targets and recommendations to improve performance both in life and for
future campaigns
Following defined campaign management procedures
Engaging key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve campaign
implementation within set deadlines

Salary
At or around £23,000 per annum, pro-rata
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
